Micho, Chelsea is just an example of how long a deal could take to complete (should be today), and a deal which by any stretch is a complicated and substantial deal. Less than two months.

Hi Poor no price would induce me to buy a single share in NNN without a positive RNS or a clear sign from Volz the products are coming. You know I don't believe the JV is still alive, Volz really would have put something on their website by now.

As for the SA its taken too long, Chelsea (which I would imagine is as complicated as a deal could be) has been bought out in half the time we've been talking about the SA so for me this has broken down, probably because the share price is too low.

Sorry but with every passing day I just get even more sceptical. The half year results were 135K in sales with £1.2M losses, I think the finals will extend to 300K sales and after Duffers growing the head count losses for second half will be much higher at circa 1.8M or more. This would take losses for year to more than £3M with a corresponding reduction in cash in bank, so less than £2M.

Oh and maybe a huge pile of unsold masks and a-virion material which night dent the remaining cash even more.

Fireblade, you also need to consider no sales (reported) of note with huge and growing payroll and god knows what else they can spend shareholders money on.

How much do you think they are burning ?

Don't blame Trevor whilst I appreciate he cashed out big time when he got pushed out RMS NNN had decent IP, good products, a huge market opportunity and £6M in the bank.

Feel free to blame Dr Cave, Legge and Duffers all of whom appear to be commercially inept.

Firebade Volz and NNN entered into the JV agreement with agreed business plan and sale and marketing plan in Dec 2021 they've had 6 months not 4. They said 7 month from Proof of Concept in June 2020

Fireblade it does take time but they had a year since Proof of Concept and its not essential to keep it a secret.

TB raised the cash this BoDs are burning, he got pushed out because he planned to give everyone who put this cash in a further warrants at a discount.

Fireblade, you haven't addressed EXMS point re BoDs "they are unable to arrest the fall of the SP" with emphasis on UNABLE.

It is in the interest of the BoDs to get the share price as high as possible, they need this for their own options and they need the price as high as possible so the can do acquisitions. Having a low share price with low volumes doesn't help the BoDs complete an SA, it just makes it harder.

If they had news of anything happening at Volz they'd issue an RNS to get the SP moving again.

Poor Duffers is working so hard he should get his option strike price reduced to 0.5.

I hadn't realised before the AngelShareCapital font is Times New Roman, its laughably amateurish.

Angel share capital has a basis very almost amateurish website and the accounts indicate not much activity. Same as all the companies Duffers declared he was a director of for the previous five years.

Duffers said in an interview he had worked with one of the other NNN directors before, most likely Richard Clark who got promoted to Legge's position .
