Masks were real but they missed the boat, filters a good idea but Volz have known about the filter potential for a year or more and still no mention on their site, no start date no order for a-virion to be added nothing.

It's over guys unless Callit can stop digging up unrelated articles from June 2021 and instead dig up something more recent such as PR, adverts, trades news or websites which actually link Volz to Pharn2Farm or a-virion. Good luck with that.

Callit, when there is something on Volz's website about a-Virion layer being added please update us as this would be interesting.

FYI Tuesday next week is 3 months since NNN issued warrants to Volz's directors so they converted the production line. That was 2 months after Volz's and NNN entered into the JV (which had an agreed business plan), this was 6 months after proof of concept which in turn was 4 or 5 months after Volz starting working on masks with P2F. Is it possible you really believe this BS?

I don't think it matters which production we are talking about, any the Volz production line is just a likely to be converted as VKE was to order millions of pounds of pro larva masks.

Until there is a date by RNS which is contractually binding on Volz or material order from volz or Volz add something to their website about virosynth lets not raise the HVAC subject again.

Someone has previously posted D&B link giving the turnover for the Volz grp at 68M euros.

Poor, I always thought Legge was a complete numpty but credit where credit is due his did a cracking job on negotiating Duffers option plan and if he did the same solid job on Duffers salary £120K would be low for a CEO with all the extra AIM fiduciary duties, obligations and potential liabilities.

EsMS Poor based on my past experience in smallcaps it wont be less than 100K and in this size of company it wont be as high as 250K.

Trisor I wouldn't want to diminish your view but I know how long a deal takes to complete. I held a senior position (not main board) in a company which floated on the main exchange, all in all it took over a year. Since then I have bought and sold a few companies in my time including selling companies to PLCs, albeit SmallCap , not one deal has taken more than 2 months from verbal agreement to completion. In these various transactions my combined legal bill has resulted in being on more than one commercial lawyers Christmas card list so please dont try and diminish my view either.

Trisor, you can do acquisitions in 30 days let alone 3 months, in fact technology speeds up deals certainly does not make them slower, even if neutral you still get them done before a closed period.

Trisor, it doesn't take three months to complete what must be a reverse takeover. From close this Friday BoD will be in a closed period. I have worked in many small caps and these deals normally get done before closed period for obvious reasons.

Sorry just responding to others and still holding at 0.606 but if no SA this week then I will sell next week and take my loss.
