I remain sceptical because no matter how bullish the RNS or interviews have been everything this lot have tried has come to nought.

Poor, why would Duffers resign he's getting paid and can only be removed by a vote of 51% of the shareholders. Not sure Caveboy could call for Duffers removal anytime soon. IF Duffers is unsuccessful in all his endeavours on behalf of NNN he can milk this till the cash has gone, Cave boy too.

I promise you the BoDs have been down the pub for a couple of hours already......

The last year has established a close working relationship between Volz and the Company's subsidiary, Pharm 2 Farm Ltd ("P2F"). Not only is Volz manufacturing the existing 4-ply anti-viral masks for P2F, but the two companies have also been working on developing a new anti-viral filter material, as an extension of the work on the anti-viral mask and covered by the same patent. This new material has passed the proof-of-concept stage and Volz and P2F are now looking at how this could be commercialised (for example, in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems), although this is expected to take several months, with work required on moving from proof-of-concept to large scale production.

Hi Poor, Volz did proof of concept a year a go so surely they did research before even signing the JV so for me HVAC is less than one in ten chance of something happening. Masks even less, a big fat zero. SA even if not original target nine out of ten chance at some point but only 50/50 before end of June.

How Duffers got his feet under the table beggars belief. All in all a very sorry state of affairs......

Trisor I would add NNN have given Volz directors 51% of the JV and now 5% of NNN if Volz convert their production line. If Volz thought this was game changing technology they have got this into production and out to the market 6 month after proof of concept yet hear we are a year later and nothing on Volz's website.

£49.50 is what they invested for their shares in Virosynth. As yet we don't know if they are converting the production line so until we have news to that effect £49.50 is all they have put in so far.

No Trisor, we have been told the Directors of Volz will get 500,000 warrants subject to Volz converting the production line.

I don't have a next buy price and will not have a buy price target of any sort until one of more of the following happens
1. The Virosynth products or product news is on Volz's website.
2. RNS saying Volz have converted or will convert by a set date.
3. RNS about an acquisition and I have done some rudimentary DD.
4. RNS stating some other high value contract has been won.

Without these the SP will just decline to Finals after which it will tank.

Caslte the Volz family and the UK Volz director have invested in Virosynth £49.50 between them.

CP you maybe an x Aircon Engineer shame you are not HVAC sales and marketing for Volz or NNN as they dont seem to have anyone, or maybe its such a major advance in HVAC they want to keep it completely secret.

re your maths below 1+1=2 ditto no RNS update+nothing on Volz's website=nothing happening.

Poor the SA is not a "definitely". We are more than 3 months past the SA cash bonus RNS, said RNS screwed the SP so IMO whatever was discussed prior to Feb 10 has since required a new deal which is likely stuck because they cant agree at this SP level or maybe cant raise funds or both. Something is amiss.....

NNN is still a decent cash shell and the nomads will find something but almost anything half decent will now be a RTO with all that an RTO entails. IMO the BoDs will be desperate to agree something with a target acquisition before finals are published.

If they add this to all the other failures see you at the AGM......

Ok but my research say this is less "The global HVAC filters market was USD 3.5 billion in 2021 and is projected to reach USD 4.5 billion by 2026" and this value is still the sold price of the finished products not the costs of the parts manufacturers pay so halve these numbers plus the JVs contribution will remain a small part of these filters so have these numbers again. Half of 1 percent will be less than 10M in sales and NNN only get 51% of the profits on this number.

It is all pretty academic because there is no sign anything is happening at Volz.

Firebalde if the JV gets off the ground which I personally doubt, your expectation of half of one percent market share is realistic but that does not add up to £30M. he HVAC market may well be $6M but that's the selling price no what they cost to make which is the relevant number for the JV. The cost of the parts will be around £2B and after casing, fans, electric motors, wiring, switches, mirco chips, leds who knows what else the filter is only a small part of those costs, maybe less than 10% and JV would be providing only a small part of each filter so you are looking at a market size for the JV of circa £100M, maybe triple this number to cover the replacement filters so half of a % of this £300M is the JVs potential of £1.5M and NNN only get 51% of that, this is not a big deal.

Poor, I hope you are right for 8M reasons but for me the JV is BS, ask yourself why do Volz not mention this on their website 5 months after was JV announced and nearly a year since proof of concept, sound like BS, smells like BS guess it must be like every other thing this company has announced, complete and utter BS.

Trisor, I havent seen the LinkedIn advert but someone said it was and internship. We might know when some people have joined but NNN have not announced when people leave. We only knew Todd left because someone on this BB found out nothing from the company, likewise Obiajulu P2F director left March 2022, nothing from the company but its on companies house. All the recruits we know about could have since left, we have no idea if the headcount is 5 people or 50.

Signs something is happening would be RNSs, stuff on Volz's website, trade news articles, PR, Social Media or adverts placed by the Virosyth, Nanosyth, Pharm2Farm or indeed Volz, nothing for months.

The biggest concern for me is after 17 or 18 months following this company is how few potential partners they have announced all of which have come to nothing and I include Volz in that nothing.
