It should go something like "you had a year in which you identified 8 sectors to develop, renegotiations with VKE came to zero, did a bizarre JV which is going no where fast, missed UK masks opportunity last year, sold nothing else, hired loads of people, did some social marketing we got nothing from, spent loads of cash. Is it time you left or do I need to push my weight around?"

Duffin is the CEO so blame him for everything from Sept 2021. Duffers has been in charge of recruitment, commercials and negotiating deals, everything.

Sorry Poor but in Nov Duffers said 8 market sectors where NNN can work in partnerships, now 6 after months no update on any of them just a new update now saying 7 sectors. It like NNN forget they already told this us bit of spin 6 months a go.

Poor, I have changed my tune at all. The 3M losses for year include the 1.2M for first half year, after that point cash was 4M so deduct 1.8M of that you are left with 2.2M cash.

It certainly not how it works it totality but it is a consistent opinion.

Sorry Poor but I can't see any evidence Duffers has the ability to get his 1p. Duffers has

1. presided over share price fall from 1.25 to 0.35
2. employed loads of people without any resultant upturn in sales or contract wins
3. failed to sell any masks when they were mandatory back end of 2021
4. rewrote his option plan
5. gave himself more share and a huge bonus if NNN did an SA
6. failed to progress an SA
7. gave away 49% for JV when if Volz think this is such a great idea should just buy a-virion from NNN
8. wrote bucket loads of warrants to induce Volz to move thing forward but still no news.

This is all over now until the final are published end of this month, prepare to be shocked at the losses...... £3M plus for the full year.

If anything was happening with the JV or SA Duffin would have mentioned them in strategy update instead of the Christmas list of Ideas. It is clear from the last RNS the Christmas list of ideas is all NNN have now, that and cash burn.

Doesn't mean they cant find another takeover target or a RTO but lets face it we are in month 10 of Muffins tenure and he has achieved nothing while the share price has fallen from 1.25 to 0.35. Time he was fired.............

Radika interims say "As at 29 September 2021, the Group had cash and cash equivalents totalling £4,140,540."

Based on burn rate for 8 months to end of Sept you'll be looking at half the above number in bank now.

Interims showed a loss of £1.2M with sales at £135K and I think finals will be at least £3M loss and based RNS's sales for the year will be a lot less than £500K.

Not sure what will happen to share price based on this outlook because I am surprised todays RNS didn't result in a huge sell off.

Duffers increasingly looks like a man in a canoe with no paddles, at this rate he wont make his options or bonus plans work for himself or sadly for LTHs
