Felicity 85K PA for what I assumed is a part time independent non exec role.

I find this hard to believe for such a small listed company with no revenue It is but with company NI contributions and pension payment just these 4 add up to 651K per annum.

Trisor at this rate they will need raise cash and it will be dilutive. The problem is they don't have anything to show potential investor why they should invest another couple of million.

If you see Duffers or other insiders buying then buy but really you should hold off until that happens. Apart from Cave the BODs don't have any shares and if anything is in the pipeline they can buy now at much lower rates than their option plans. If they don't I suggest no one should.

If they cant find a RTO NNN's only holding is an R&D company, combined they have a massively over bloated management team, note no sales or marketing people on any website and too few scientists.

2M is no reason to be happy quite the opposite in fact because they had 4.1M at 30th Sept plus some cash coming from Lemu. If it's 2M that would pretty much confirm my burn rate of 250K a month.

Callit, what tech are you talking about ? Pharm2Farm have done two trials of it's technology, on chilli and citrus farms both over two year a go. Not aware of any results for either trial let alone anything leading to a product which heaven help us could be sold.

Nano-10.9 is owned by GAS who it looks like they sell it or try to sell it to people growing Ganja. The product sells for £20-40 a litre but poor old commercially inept Pharm2Farm contract pays them just £2 a litre and is for a trifling £80K over 12 months. Its over a year and no updates so left to assume GAS are still trying to sell the first £80K

Sorry Callit but a name is just that a name. Chilli trials haven't had a mentioned by RNS or even twitter for over two years and removed of website a long time a go, same is true if the citrus project.

As for Nano-10.9 there are just bottle filling for Global Air Supplies who own the brand and the deal was only for a hoped for 80K over a year, it's now over a year with no update so fair to assume like all things NNN RMS Pharn2Farm it too is dead as a DODO

Castle there is no evidence NNN are IN the nano fertiliser business, or any other business now they have failed with the masks.
