Trisor, you will have to come up with a better reason why Duffers is the sole shareholder in GB Nano. Cave has resigned form P2F and Duffers appointed.

For me the signs are clear, when and if the SA happens all old dross is moving out.

Its hard to imagine they have burnt most of the cash but I have seen SmallCaps get through similar sums in a few months with little or no explanation. You have to believe they have at least £1M left if not £2M.

Im believe NNN have no underlying business it's just the SA now but the longer it goes without an agreement the less likely it will happen. Is it time to jump, IMO not just yet...

Castle the mask business is FINISHED for Pharm2Farm, in fact it never actually got past the start line.

Trisor I have bought and sold a few companies in my time including selling to listed companies. IMO Duffers new the target and agreed a deal in principle before the 10th Feb RNS, so two months is ample to do legals subject to DD. On this basis it should be announced by now.

Sadly NFF post is probably going to be proved correct.

Micho I agree something is not right. I think we all agree the bonus plan RNS was written for a specific SA yet two months have passed.....

Poor I appreciate the comment but I cant move the share price and to be honest if it falls any lower it could cause problems for the SA, may already have and could be the reason for the delay.
