Trisor, read the RNS they have structured the old options to strike at 1p and have up to 7 years to cash in.

They have issued cash and yet more options specifically around a very defined set of outcomes.

They know exactly what they are doing and they are set up to line there own pockets, not yours I'm afraid.

The terms of CEO and COO cash bonuses and issue of options are "conditional on an acquisition that increases the market capitalisation of the Company by at least £10 million (discounting any new shares issued as a consequence of the acquisition or any fund raise). If you accept they have written this specifically to address a likely scenario then note.

1. The market cap increases by 10M, not todays market cap it will be the market cap on completion of acquisition or a subsequent fund raise. This gives them two bites of the cherry and it doesn't matter what happens to the SP between now and then.

2. Assuming they have plenty of cash in the bank, at least 3.5M why mention funds raise... the target needs more cash than NNN have in the bank?

Sharebell if the USP is so strong why has it taken so long to get Volz to this stage not to mention 50M shares as an inducement.

If it was such a strong USP Volz would have changed the production line months ago and at no cost to NNN, just to take the market.

Because they have issued warrants, new share options and lowered strike price of other options for what will increase the shares in the company by 12% for little uplift in the share price for regular small shareholders.

A small part is dependant on a "significant acquisition" which will entail yet more shares, how many and in return for what who knows but clearly something is close if not already done bar the DD.

ExMS personally I thought it a bit odd when the JV was announced with NNN needing to give a potential customer 49% of the IP owning company just to get them to buy a material which would give them a huge competitive advantage.

It appears I was completely wrong you also need to give them warrants on 50,000,000 shares. What will NNN give Volz for the first order?
