No update on RNS Nov 30 strategy update which included identifying 8 sectors to exploit P2F’s tech and ending with the words “ We will continue to keep stakeholders appraised as we achieve key milestones."

no update on RNS Dec 10 announcing the £100 JV including sentence “Further updates on the progress of the JV will be made as and when significant milestones are achieved.”

The new BoDs have nothing to say on business development side for obvious reasons. All this new BoD has proved is they know how write a BS RNSs (badly), can spend and waste shareholders funds and now hire more people to burn through the cash even quicker.

Whilst I do make a nice cup of tea I have also spent a lot of my working life in senior roles in tech businesses. Started more than one, bought and sold some and to SmallCaps where I have seen this BS from the inside.

The team building is typical of tech SmallCaps with poor results (in NNNs case no sales) who know when the cash will run out. NNN are not building a business we all know there is no business here, its building a beauty parade and a story to get financed again. I suggest you all prepare yourselves for more dilution.

EMS yes top heavy indeed and without any signs of sales NNN are pumping up that burn rate, only shareholders funds plenty more from where that came from.

Micho and Castle thought there'd be an RNS today but one linking NNN to a new Nano tech mask from India. Sadly instead of income generating RNS they get another cash burning RNS and are happy with it, bizarre.

ExMS "with Immediate effect" normally means already in place, question is for how long. I think the BoD thought the locals were getting restless so they just needed to get RNS out to show some sign of progress and this is the best they could come up with.

I would add these Indian guys are just doing what Honeywell (131B Dollar company) have done, and probably everyone in masks, hospital safety gear, filters et al are doing which is developing their own Virus tech killing tech.

FFS Dr Cave developed his tech with very little in the way of resources, he was and still is in a rented lab, he had no other science support and if I remember correctly just a 50K grant from uk tax payers (it would appear a little more wasted money).

If Dr Cave can do this with so little please accept the fact that 1000s of other companies many with huge recourses behind them have and will do the same.

P2F have missed the masks boat and are likely to miss the filter boat too because yet again nothing appears to be progressing.

Micho I know you don't believe the connection, you are an experienced investor and as such you know NNN would already have updated the market by RNS on what would if correct be price sensitive news. The link between the two is so laughable I can guarantee there wont be an RNS linking this new India mask to P2F tomorrow or anytime in the future.

Aimingtoplease not sure it did say ALL the profit to develop a mask in India but even so how far would the profit on 45,000 masks go. Sop kidding yourself, this new India masks has nothing to to with P2F or NNN if it was Duffers would have to post an RNS and be able to take up some of his options.

Please guys for P2F the mask business is all but over and with no news I fear filters is going or gone the same way.

Why do I say this, after 7 or 8 months from PoC and now 2 months after JV announced no promised updates, nothing on any website belonging to Volz or P2F, not a single word not even even a little tweet.

Irrespective of the JV being live or dead Duffers should update the market on progress whatever that look like or say if not going forward say that because shareholders are making decisions based on the Dec 10 RNS

Truth I agree they were and are still not prepared for a commercialised product even though they launched sanitisers even before masks.

Castle its not that it cant be corrected it just why the product is not available, and yet again demonstrates how incompetent the NNN team is, its been on the dummy site incorrectly labelled for weeks.

Imagine someone designed it, someone signed it off, someone sent to the printers, someone then signed off printer proof, someone loaded the image to the website someone wrote the description, they all reviewed their new online shop and patted themselves on the back, two or three people did test purchases, yet no one has noticed.

Castle, NNN would have to or have withdrawn the sanitisers because cant label something saying 500ml when its 50ml of an obvious error by an incompetent team.

This is a consumer site and they wont sell anything with the current social media campaign which is inept and has no exposure.

They need to spend at least £50K a month for at least 3 months to get any kind of bang for their buck. In the highly unlikely event they decide to spend money slashing the retail price means they have to sell 3 times as many to get a return.

New site is much to late to be of any use and if they do advertise they wont get a return now........ its official NNN have f**** up again.

I agree with your earlier points except I increasingly believe not only are masks finished for NNN but without any update there is no substantive activity on the JV.

In December contributors to the BB were saying enough is enough it time to write to the board or call an AGM (EGM). I didn't think it was the time but the time is fast approaching as MD starts his sixth month in charge without any worthwhile communications let alone results. Now is the time to get together to understand what is happening or pro-actively try to influence the outcome, what do you think ?
