Flopsome, do you think VAL would go to the efforts of worldwide patents for their compounds, but enter in to a trade sale without an NDA - are you for real? What are you - short from last Friday after the fund raise facility RNS and you’re stuck in the spread and can’t close or are you desparate to buy at the TA entry level of 2.25p or just a lost cause and lonely?

1. Was it random and does it matter anyway? They are in advanced commercial talks with their first cancer compound.

1. Yes, Entralta are negotiating the 401 JV for VAL.
2. Drug R'n'D does not provide a cash flow, but employees still need paying a fair market rate
3. No they are two separate things - like getting a Lloyds Bank overdraft facility and using it. I have a £100 overdraft facility but I never use, albeit VAL will need to use it in the future, but the GM is not about dilution and money raising, LETS BE CLEAR!

Valju, l sympathise but VAL were not in a commercial position at 7p or 79p, but VAL are now, so depending on the deal we should get a steady and growing SP after 401 JV, then 201 update followed by 201 JV. I can certaily see 25p per share minimum on each JV deal achieved and perhaps I am underestimating.

VAL are talking (advanced discussions) to parties, meaning VAL are knocking out the best deal for VAL and its shareholders. Once they have the best offer, they sign a JV contract and we get our RNS and SP boost. Timing? Whenever the above process is complete, but I'm thinking 3rd QTR 2018.

Quite! The 401 cheque could come any time soon. Don’t forget the GM is not to raise funds but to put in place a facility if and when needed..

Yes Robbie Simple Vote yes to fund raise facility and we fund the remaining compounds and get to JV 401 and get our money back and much more. Vote no and we are bust! I must say my main concern would be cancelling shareholder preemptive rights.

Perhaps the JV partner requests the need to issue more shares in the future as at present they have no facility or capacity. Remember that this is not a filund raise but a facility for future money raising. We are not suddenly going to discount by 50% overnight so stop the panicking! For a company with no cash flow until 401 is signed up, where exactly is the company to get money to cover its day to day running from? The money tree or magical pixie bank? Cutting directors salaries will make jack shxx difference and we have seen that the current salaries are commensurate with other companies; even a recruiter on here in the pharma sector also said that salries are in line with other CSO’s in the industry. Read the RNS again as it states the monies are to further advance 401 JV talks et al (201?). Stop reading between ghe lines. People keep harping on about performance over teh last 4, 5, 6 years, but VAL have only reached their mikestone with 401 to commercialise last month!!!!!! Give’em some slack - normal bio timeacale is 5 years for RnD and then commercialisisation i.e. 401 now

I also can’t make it due to timing and geography, but would welcome any intetesting feedback here. Thanks If new shares issued are not to provide part of a JV deal to a partner then there must be some limit on the value per fund raise to allow the company to have the required working capital, but minimise dilution. There must also be a lock in clause so that receipents of new stock are restricted from selling or transferring for 6 months as in the US to protect the marketplace in the stock - the US SEC have got this spot on! Removing pre-emptive rights - absolutely not regardless if part of a JV or not, as PI’s are on a hiding to nothing.
