I’d say assume in the next couple of weeks. People get so hung up on delays for an update of even just a day or so nowadays. VAL are on a roll - 4 compounds and all good, with news that the comapny are looking at some new peptides, global patents particularly the intticate FDA in the US, in advanced negotiations for 401, 201 update to come and talks ongoing. All for a market cap of £12.5 mn.

Isn’t the GM at 11.30am? Could someone attending the GM kindly post the important aspects of the GM as I am away on holiday. TIA

Jonjo Simple, if you listen to the video, you will hear George sat that two products they sold on realised 5 times value - which were midline products. 401 and 201 I expect to be between 5 and 10 times value.

JJP Did George say that we just need to now sign 401 deal?

Two things: 1. Have you ever been in negotiations before? The two rules are that you can’t disclose the party(s) and you can’t disclose the offer. Once down to one party and VAL have sn agreed package THEN they can RNS. 2. Cry wolf - they have never been i a position of CT lll, so this is the first time in the companies existence. Harsh is an understatement!

Valju They can’t RNS because it hasn’t happened yet. An RNS is a fact. The deals are in advanced negotiations - see how he changed the wording to NEGOTIATIONS. They need the issuance of unpaid shares to be in a position of strength - did you hear the interview? Do you think he would lie on a public VR forum? He could be sued in court for falsly providing public information as an officer of the company. Why are we at 2.5p..... because we haven’t outsourced a compound yet bt JV or licensing deal. 401 regs complete in 1-2 weeks and then all systems go. Listen again to the interview.

Need to break 3.5p and then 5.3p and then we are into new realms of trading highs outside the current trading range and back to +18p

What a brilliant interview and exudes confidence, good organisational planning and stability. All compounds at different stages of development and 401 in talks on 4 continents which is imminent after regulatory confirmation in a week or so. 201 also ongoing and interest in 301 and 101. Wow! The GM worries covered in that we need the extra funding facility to be in a position of strength for JV and licensing negotiation purposes. All the ducks lined up and this really feels like the beggining of a multi hundred million pound company in the making.

Same amount of shares so maybe a cross trade (sell and buy in to a new account).

Desertred Funny you say buyout as from my research of large pharmas swooping in on minnow bios, tthere seems to be more buyouts than JV’s. Time will tell.

I would certainly say 25p with 401

Fabulous JJP on two fronts. 1. GM motions will def go through 2. Everuones whinging about the directors not having their skin it: “....it’s a good sign for shareholders as the company’s executives and directors have their incentives directly linked to the company’s performance.“

Lets get back to VAL please rather than bickering about incidentals. Bring on 401 JV and 201 update RNS’s!

Well said JJP but I think well north of $20 million for 201 and 401 being cancer compounds with no other viable alternatives to date and when consdiering the likely size and the associated value of market penetration.

Unfortunately, bio and mining companies require lots of cash to pay for r’n’d and exploration which requires funding until they hit the jackpot. The positive being, if they hit a commercial resource or a winning compound then commercialisation more than covers any dilution regardless. This is where VAL is now....... bring on the 401 news and we’ll soon see a change of sentiment on here and a 5 / 10 bag and many will forgive and forget! Keep the faith and forget the storm in a teacup being things such as salaries which need to be paid to get these top scientists at VAL. This is not an online asprin company but a company trying to beat the biggest 20th century western world killer; the rewards will be exponential in terms of SP growth. All companies have fully paid up shares and those in issue unpaid very normal. Without potential new shares in issue to call on, then the lifeblood of the company dies. This is a facility and not a fund raise, but of course they will require a kitty to feed future expenditure regardless of 401 and 201 which is next on the cards. Simple choice, either accept a new issue of unpaid shares for the future whether that be for a JV stake (skin in the game) or if you’ve bought much higher, put up and shut up or sell if you have no faith in the BoD! What I see is a company that has four ground breaking compounds at different stages of development and the BoD “have” deivered with their first ready to sell on / move on to bigger and greater things in 401 and soon 201.
