The share price has slipped because of dilution, I would say that has been said a million times if it hasn’t registered yet? We’re all optimistic in what is to come and those that aren’t should sell, or if you’ve written them off because you’ve paid much higher then put them in the bottom drawer and have a look in 2020....... you might have a nice surprise.

1. Remuneration therefore IS in line with market average for a PLC - and as VAL make profits salaries should increase and share options will be issued. Pointless issuing share options whilst in development stage with dilution. 2. Fund raising necessary to meet all costs, but more importantly R’n’D to develop compunds in to commercial products. Yes, dilution is a natural bi-product of placings unfortunately until commercialisation and money starts to roll in. The last vote to increase capacity was to be in a position of strength for 401 et al negotiations. 3. I am sorry to hear of those that bought in years ago at much higher levels, but from experience, do not invest in junior miners or bios until they are close to commercialisation. You could save yourself some serious amounts of your hard earned money. Picking good companies is easy, its the timing thats everything! 4. The science works - 4 out of 4 compounds.

Tozerk, you are quoting all CEO’s (including me for example) and not plc’s which is a different ball game altogether. I remember a bio recruiter on posting here sayinh ghat £150k is representative for a CSO

Flipsome, utter tosh! 101 and 301 are pre-clinical. 401 is ready, raring to commercialise and 201 next year hopefully. So which compounds the world like to know could they have commercialised previously?

Nothing like CTAG! We have global patented compounds that have been through stringent tested pre-CT and CT I and II by top onocology scientists - ALL positive. To achieve a US patent is an incredible achievement for abtiny Bio. Your cynicism comes from historical experience but try opening your eyes to coming furure commercial developments! 2018/19 should be VAL’s year of awakening and share rising shareholder value through JV and trade sale / licensing.

Tozerk 1. There salaries are commensurate with there position of a PLC, get over it, it is what it is. 2. The share price - of course they have never had any revenue or profit because the company has been in a developmental stage of their life cycle...... now commercialisation. Do you think Apple and Microsoft had a steady rising share price in the late 70’s when the companies were developing??? No, it was a bottomless pit of funding. Put things in perspective!

401 in advanced negotiations and moving rapidally sounds like we should have something before EOY. I suspect the interims will be lacklustre - still a loss as no revenue and a brief synopsis of developments over the last 6 months. Down about 50% on paper and buying as and when i can to get my average price down, but VAL must deliver on 401. I get fed up of posts been saying they have promised this and that for 6 years....... 401 is the first and only compound to be commercialised to date, so all investors wil have seen is dilution after dilution as they have had no revenue. Sad but a true fact of minnow bio’s through their development stage. There will not be (and never happens) a 401 RNS until terms agreed and signed on the dotted line. All that can be said in the interim is via the podcasts etc, as it would scupper talks if they disclosed who they are talking to, so guys you won’t get a sausage until completion.

The 73mn is being offloaded or majority. Whilst this goes on the price isn’t going to move. This may go on for the next few months.

Mathspro Agree, we can’t read anything in to 401 from the placing, as 401 is in many ways now external to VAL as a standalone JV compound, funded by a third party(s) TBA. 401 advanced negotiation with partners does not sound like no one is interested. VAL’s interest in 401 is 60%, so even low ball park of £100 mn JV is still worth c. 15p a share. My guess for a lung cancer compound at CTIll is in the £250-500mn range x 60% of course. At a current market cap of £8.4 mn, even an idiot can work out the intrinsic value is many multiples of where we are now. The profit taking today is for those that stagged the placing, making a quick 20% profit - you can’t blame them really!

.... but the silver lining is at least its done now which will at least boost the cash coffers for another year for 101,301 and 201, so actually a welcomed relielf IMHO, where now VAL is in its transformational growth stage of commercialisation. Well done to holders who had the balls to sell and buyback in cheaper. GLA Now updates on all compounds and JV I expect by the EOY.

Many agendas here - long and short, peed off with their holding, deramping and scaremongery to buy in lower. My position - holding 1.2mn and have new monies at the start of October, so happy for the share price to stay around this level and aiming to build 2mn. To me not a big deal if I pay 2p or 1p as this will be a distant memory by EOY. We have had an RNS to say 401 in JV advanced negotiations. They can’t lie or they’d be for the high jump! The science on all compounds works (particularly 201 and 401), so we have patented products and not hot air. Placing? Maybe there is but I believe we had c £750k and 401 financing stopped in 2017, so personally I think BoD are hanging out for cash from the 401JV unless it takes longer than expected. A bit of perspective from the dross and scaremongering. The recent AGM was to issue shares to be in a position of strength we were told re: 401 JV. I have no reason to doubt this. The price action is just noise IMHO

What an opportunity news pre-401 JV, 201 results and 101 and 301 update.

Hi Woody I was thinking 101, 201 and 301 updates moving us back up to circa 5p, then 401 JV being a 5 to 10 bagger x 55% stake so circa 15p to 25p range by EOY. All hypothetically speaking of course! We may get a behometh 401 JV deal, who knows?

401 JV should be a 5 to 10 bag, depending on the deal and positive news on 301 and 101 soon in addition to 201 update should double to triple current price. By EOY, there is no reason why we shouldn’t be +20p ps.

Stay at these levels for a couple of months for me to load up!
