Charting on AIM stocks with the spread, liquidity, no order book and dictated by MM’s, such SCAP at the monent manipulating the SP makes trying to prempt entry and exit points, like pizzing in the wind! You struggle with TA on bluechips, so actually FX is the only real asset where you can have the best success due to the trillion dollar liquidity and market hours.

Tozerk, you are talking yourself around in circles. A PLC, public limited company relies on shareholders to fund the company not the directors. I’m a director of a limited company owned by me so I have to fund the business. AIM companies do not have the resources to pay for a rights issue which can cost over £250k, so have to rely on targeted placings with their Nomad at a tenth of the cost We have spoken about salries before which in VALs case are commensurate with people in their position in the industry. Why would they take a pay cut with families and bills to pay? If I was asked to take a cut I’d just pizz off to another company that would pay me a competitve wage - the BoD are not a charity! Don’t play the skin in it card too as Dilly has almost a 9% stake in VAL directly and indirectly. Yes, issuing shares to run a company with no cashflow as they have no option . Think thats answered all your points iin respect of anything you say when your broken record is stuck.

What and where is your evidence that nobody wants 401? The RNS’s and podcasts seem to suggest the opposite that talks are contiuing with partners in 3 different continents, some outright license, some JV etc. Talks are rapidally progressing and in an advanced stage. Or is that a lie? Again as falsely posted on here upteen million times, the partners they have mentioned have been closely watching developments of its compounds for many years, awaiting a stage where they can climb on board. You just need to read the likes of GSK to see that pharmas have reduced their budgets for development and are leap-frogging the process by acquiring compounds or companies outright. It is only from 3Q 2018 that commercial talks have taken place. Again, see SK’s post from this afternoon which shows how the rhetoric and body language of VAL has shifted significantly.

Tozerk - the answer to your question is partially BoD and partly its nomad and advisors. As said and it doesn’t seem to be digested...... dilution is an unnecessary evil of a junior Bio in its developmental stage. Or should I ask the question.... if VAL had no cashflow, no money but had science that works and wanted to get it to market; where on earth were they meant to get money to run the company and develop the compounds?

No its dilution by the unnecessary symptom of being a R’n’D company for years...... now we will see the metamorphisis in to a commercial company with a return on capital employed to investors,.... maybe not pari passu very long term shareholders original investment, but its a start! Poor performance? - a CTlll lung cancer compound out for commercial tender now, CTI/ll prostate cancer compound that has efficacy, safe and escalated dossage, 301 filed patent last month for Endometreosis and 101 could be the jewel in the crown! No Tozerk, the SP is where it is because of the unfortunate need to provide capital through fund raises whilst the company developed its drug compounds as it obviously has no cashflow. Drugs like moners have an average 5 year cycle to commercialisation 401 is the first opportunity to realise a return on our investment by selling at the optimum time to a partner at CTll.

Just trying to get a picture of how the SP would react to a 401 JV deal, license, outsource etc? The market wants to see continuation to CTlll and cash on the table plus a cashflow / capital injections upon milestones reached for 401. By comparison if we rose 600% on the 401 update in Dec’17, then what would the crystallisation of substantial value do by a 401 deal?

I’m buying on weakness and will continue to. I have some monies hopefully arriving soon and where I would have been buying at 2p, I can now buy 20% more shares. I agree the rhetoric has changed in the recent RNS’s - 401 talks are coming to a head IMHO I also think the placing of 76mn shares is interesting. The shares were acquired by new and existing shareholders and I’d like to be a fly on the wall to have heard what they were told. What is certain is that all these shares issued have not been dumped. Finally, the BOD control the company, its strategy etc, but it is the market that controls the share price. Was it GM that dropped the price today or the sells between 1.30pm and 4.00pm?
