Noise, yes the structure is very normal, but passing a valued patented asset on without shareholder recompense is criminal of course. Using SPV’s are a useful strategy as one can simply sell off an asset by T/O of that subsidiary company which is very clear cut and exactly what RE trusts do with individual property investements.

Thoth2 That would be commercial theft if shareholders weren’t compensated with a fair price. As VAL is almost predominantly owned by PI’s, that sort of scenario would have to go to a vote too, so highly unlikely IMHO.

Chris - yea I agree. I bought in at circa 6p expectin the SP to keep climbing. I have been averaging down and still like story and business model. The recent RNS’s and Aligns research confirms this, so I will keep accumulating until D-Day! It would be a shame if there was a trade sale for the whole company at this juncture, as I would like to see each compound commercialised to unlock the full value of wach compound.

So nice we can’t see Roses, Tozerk, Chelsea etc. The path is very clear now for VAL, despite the dilution over the years - now a re-build of faith and value!

Been over this time and time again: Buys / Sells? - for any sale there needs to be a buyer, so you cannot have a one sided transaction. 401 Deal - nothing can be released until talks are finalised and contract signed. Just all going to have to be patient.

Noise, another 2 today - £50k worth, but this looks like a transfer for £370 which was the difference. Quite strange - maybe placing shares going to a buyer who wants stock in large size and quick!

Just seen the 2 x 300,000 buys and feeling a little jealous as I have no more dry powder until later this month. Just stay hear VAL sp please!

Things moving along nicely behind closed doors. Two more ducks lined up in last weeks RNS’s with 201 and 401. Some large’ish trades on Friday, placing stock overhang shifting albeit I think most new investors may just sit tight for developments and of course our 401jv and 201 update on dosing escalation results to release. Not to mention our cryptic 101 201 301 and 401 trades on Friday. Very exciting times.

I agree Could be sales from 1.5p placing, buys or some sort of broker to broker deal - seller to buyer.

There was also the same shapes at 14.52 and 8.09, so 6 in total.
