SK - absolutely bang on the money! At last sense prevails. Exactly, discussions with partners is a recent development just in 3Q 2018. VAL will always be talking to interested pharmas from the inception of a new compound, all the way up to CTII final. All pharmas will want to be first in the queue on some new and promising onocology compounds - its there business to be! Thereafter, commercial discussions can commence.

Just be careful what you say? So much abuse to BoD, no wonder they won’t reply to emails! Lets wait for news and stop chanting like pussies, handbags at dawn! Price going against us, yes and scared then sell, happy then average down - NAI I’m averaging! The science works. The question to answer is what does ‘401 talks advancwd and progressing rapidally’. Rapidally = glacial or Uzain Bolt speed?

You do know the company is in advanced rapidally progressing talks with parties re: 401 JV commercialisation?

That’s to complete CTlll to sell in the market - the final stage to full production. Yes, that is 2 years away I guess, but we are commercialising “now” at CTll with a 401 licensing / royalty deal. The norm is cash upfront payment and then milestone payments and finally royalties upon successful completion. We need to see what the 401 deal is before worrying PI’s with things that we don’t know the outcome of yet. Whatever was presented to new investors in the placing must have hit a nerve or if they thought this was a dying duck they wouldn’t have invested having seen the past SP performance for previous fund raises. As said l am moderately optimisic of a reasonable deal with 401 from the body language (believe GM or not) and we all have the choice to go long, trade, short so GLA

Bermuda - VAL can’t go to CT lll escalation without regulatory approval and certification that all was well with CTll. Chelsea - reassure investors? Thats for the BoD to do, not a PI like me. Annoyed with the SP - definately, but I’m waiting to see what deal we get with 401.

Bermuda Re-read my post : Regulators passed 401 to progreas to CTlll Commercialisation is VAL’s decision not the regulators. Their business model is to sell at CTll which is the optimum time to get the most value.

Chelsea 401 passed by regulators, permission to progression to CTlll and now commercialisation after showing efficiacy, safe and no adverse side effects. Now with the US marketeers and rapidally progressing. Anyway read the RNS’s as its not my job to spoon feed you. These tests are stringently monitored and controlled by the governing regulators - do you think they just make it up as they go along? So what uou are saying is that the medical authorities are also in collusion with VAL and stringing us allalong as well? LOL

Yes diluted to fxxx, but this is now the time that investors have been waiting for..... crystalisation of value in commercialising their first compound 401. Can we wait for this to happen and then judge, or is the jury out already?

Facts? Look at the results of the clinical trials for 201 and 401? Patents? Marketeers on board to get value for 401 Industry advisors stating that 401 is commercial Regulators agree to allow VAL to progress testing on its compounds etc etc People too jumpy on the day to day movements and losing sight of the bigger goal IMHO.

Gents, the last podcast clearly stated that 101 and 301 updates coming shortly, this quarter I would expect, 201 EOY and 401 talks progressing rapidally and could land anytime. Not to mention positive outcomes on all compounds - the science works. Whats not to understand? Just read, listen and digest. No 401 RNS will come until parties have signed on the dotted line, so no updates or progress reports can be given. The SP action is just a storm in a teacup at present and just noise IMHO, whilst we wait the next RNS. Do as uou please..... sell, buy more, panic, go on holiday or simply be patient .

Or is that what you want Tozerk? A different perspective to you and scared the doom and gloom of the board today will change? I stick to facts not scaremongery - volumes, trades, RNS’s, podcasts.

Tozerk, simmer. Just observing the two trades at the tiny spread again costing the PI £200 or shoudl I say paying the market. Not a rollover - its a put through - sale on one account and buy on another. Interesting that we had the same last week too in 5mn shares I think.
