Maybe Jonjo, but don’t forget 401financing stopped at the end of 2017 and 201 probably also stopped awaiting update so the cash burn has almost halved since lasy year, so peoples predictions are approximately 6 months too early IMHO.

Russell, sell up and move on if you’re not comfortable. This is VAL’s first commercialised compound so give them them some slack please. The cash injection from 401 should see them finance the rest of the compounds to CTll / commercialisation without a fund raise IMHO. Lets see what happens and stop the persistent battering and negativity. Yes, previously good news did follow dilution, but VAL ate in a different place now to pre-2018. Its like building a house, you aint got nothing to sell until the last brick has been layed!

They have never in their history been at a CTll stage until now, so how could VAL have been in a position to commercialise before 2018? 401 this year and CTll finished hopefully for 201 EOY and then the start of a 201 JV tie up. Investors should NEVER buy bios or mining explorers during the first 5 years of their development stage or you’ll be diluted to squat didly F all! Hopefully and sadfully a painfull lesson learned.

If I was George, of course I would do the same and protect my employer and keep a lookout for mis-information / falsehoods on public forums and either get the posts removed or take action against slanderous comments to protect the comapnies image and shareholders investments.

If I saw a post that was a blatant lie, I would report it too to protect my £75,000 investment.... is that too hard for people to understand?

I was referring to advanced 401 negotiations for CTlll JV. Where’s theshort term funding coming from - see above ;-)

There will be a partner to take 401 forward and no CTlll go it alone. Can everyone try reading and focus on the RNS’s and stop the BS on here. We’re nearly there.

If you buy a bio or a miner for example, you are looking at a minimum of 5 years before getting to the point of commercialisation. The first 5 years of development are a cash burn so expect fuind raising and dilution.

You need to go in to an investment with your eyes wide open.

VAL have been talking with potential partners for many years during their compound developmental stage, but now is where they can close a deal with 401, so they have not been talking deals for years, only in this year after CTII - FACT
Yes, even GM and co have families to pay for and bills to pay so they need to have a salary commensurate with their position or you end up with a brain drain. A CSO in a PLC should be getting in excess of £150K pa package for example.
A little more patience required and I am sure there is a lot going on behind closed doors that hopefully will surprise many doom slayers and moaners who will be eating humble pie!
