fl, indeed! Frustrated because I can’t top up until the EOM, but we are now in a game changing environment, despite having an adequate holding and perhaps being greedy. After years of development and successful tests we now have safe compounds with efficacy in CT II ready for jv / trade sale and all the LTH suffering over the years will now be rewarded for patience and frustration. 201 and 401 is ready for seeing some money coming back in to the war chest after years of dilution and constantly paying out!

Depends if you are short term trading or in for medium term. There again I expect sparks to fly as we approah July. 401 jv and 201 update could be upon us very soon.

Badshah, yes i’m in the same ballpark..... 10p pre-401 deal and then c. 25p on deal and then 201 news should be moving over 30p.

I think maybe a litlw deramping as we know they cancelled their facility and cash is coming soon to pay for ALL the compounds development. In fact we’ll pronably not need another fund raise as 201 is close too. This was the markets reason for why the price was held back (financing worries) now gone and a pinacle point int the companies developement with 401, I suspect the breaks will removed.

That is the investment strategy of VAL, develop a commercial compound and flip it for commercial reward. We aren’t a charity!

How can you have a trade sale or JV without a compensaton for selling or sharing a product?

No Jzee. If you see the 401 news on Thursday, you will see thwyvare about to get a very large cash injection in muktipes of teh companies market cap.

Nothing price sensitive will be told to Align as a research company, as they can’t publish it anyway! An NDA will be signed as a matter of protocol. I want to know the names of the parties they are in advanced discussions, but they won’t until something concrete has been signed. Roll on July.

I'd prefer "advanced talks" over "we've just met for first time"! Looking to double my position depending on funds, but VAL are delivering with their strategy of a trade sale with 401. Who knows we could have a double whammy with 201!

I think we have a technical breakout in play!

I think the partner is a US major and within a few weeks heading in to July we will know more details to flesh things out. Expecting we’ll reach 15p over the next 4 weeks as the tide has changed. Desparately looking for more funds to top up here as its not everyday you can say you have bought a company at grass roots that has put its cancer treatment on the world map.

Why cancel the funding this year and only take a small cash raise of £985k? Because the days of dilution at ridiculous discounts are now gone thanks to 401. We will soon be a cash rich company with enough funds ro take 101, 201 and 301 all through clinical trals and on to commercialisation and trade sale. As daid yesterday, the RNS is groundbreaking from Bio RnD company to commercial cancer drug player! VAL has grown some balls.

From ADVFN: Pharma shares are always good ones if you get them right. Having reviewed the fundamentals here, I think yesterdays RNS is pretty damn huge. With the SP literally on its ass at rock bottom, I cannot imagine how this will not move from here. The clinical study is due next month and they are pretty much saying they have commercialisation. Happy to take the 10-30% rises. I feel we are going to look back on this one in a few months and wonder why it 10+ bagged. The all time high was around 50p without reaching the milestone they reached yesterday. This is one of those Pharma shares that can move so watch this space. Good luck

Apple, you were uber positive and now negative! This is incredible news, not just a milestone but ground breaking that they have VERY positive results PLUS a commercial deal with MULTIPLE partners - the highest bidder wins! Brilliant. The SP should increase on speculation of how big a lung cancer compound can prelong life exptancy plus pancreatic possibilities. Lumg cancer is normally a game over situation so ti prelong by months is ground breaking to further expansion. This is amazing for cancer sufferers and in toe, shareholders!
