This is now the final hurdle for the company to get a solid working capital base and is a game changer for the company after years of RnD and CT’s. Remember VAL’s invitation to Boston with the PR company that specialise in unlocking shareholder value as representatives for JV’s and trade sales. I would not be surprised if they had their hand in the advanced discussions going on with interested parties. I would assume a NDA being in place and then a matter of the highest bidder wins. The RNS language suggests a deal is close IMHO.

Gise, I disagree. 401 is a game changer for VAL with advanced talks ongoing for what will likely to be a +$500 million deal for VAL with cash upfront plus most likely milestone payments or perhaps outright sale. The addition of the extension of the NZ patent to include Pancreatic use is also significant. Don’t forget we also have results for 201 which could provide further momentum. My aim is to get to c. 25p for starters and back on the recovery path which we are surely due now.

Advanced talks with interested parties (plural) is intereating in that they have multiple interest and will sell out to the highest bidder, which to me suggests VAL are clearly in the driving seat to get full shareholder value. Once the parties see the CT data they should be falling over themselves to win the golden ticket. They know VAL need cash so perhaps the deal with the largest upfront cash payment will probably be the winner.

Apple, intetesting on the Q&A that 201 will go to market 2020, but VAL will have sold out much longer before then, with 401 sold before 201 as soon as they have efficacy..... therefore news could come anyday soon!

I bought another 100k last week and an average price of 4.8p, so not in as fortunate position as you, but when we get positive 201 and 401 news then it matter not if your average is 1p or 15p. The science is there and pharmas will pay top dollar to be a part of VAL’s groundbreaking cancer compounds.

LOL, VAL can’t send an RNS to the market to say we have no news! They will RNS when they have something to say, whatever that might be. What next - 201 update, 401 news, JV, trade sale, 101 / 301 update etc?

Theoretical question, but any idea what sort of value VAL would receive from 201 if successful considering this is a $7.5 billion market?

Noise, I concur. 201 will smash the current market cap if all goes to plan.
