It is only after CT that a compound can show signs of its safety and efficacy. Nobody would JV until this was proved up..... that time is now with 201 and 401 and just maybe 101 and 301 get a look in due VAL CT track record with 101 and 301

The BOD have no option but to fund raise to keep afloat. Who would have invested before CT started and the positive results known? Also, if fund raising who wouldn’t do so in to share price strength? Salaries and share ownership albeit, is a different situationand they should have their skin innthe game I agree. Additionally the BOD donot have any control of teh SP, that is the nature of a publicly traded market place. Nobody knows what is going on behind closed doors at present in terms of talks between parties. Don’t get me wrong, I am as frustrated as others with the level of teh SP, but sometimes its worth turning the tables and seeing things from a different perspective.

Read the newsflow again from late ladt year to today and you will see the formulation of startup bio to a stage of successful CT’s, globally patented products to the point of near commercialisation. Unfortunately the SP does not reflect its true intrinsic value but it will in start to filter through with 401 JV and CTIII, 201 results and possible deal for the other compounds. Patience.

No, no 201 results where given in Dec, as that is what is coming soon. In December the Company received approval from the MHRA and REC for the Company to expand its VAL201 trial for the Phase I/II dose and it ws actually positive news on 401 phase II trials which actually led the spike. Align going to look a bit silly now, plus who is Mr Jennings? I don’t want him representing shareholders as this will simply antagonise the board and fix a wedge from shareholders with the tone and inaccuracies in hie letter. Yes, dilution is unfortunate but necessary for bio newbies and I think posters should read the RNS’s from November last year to see the incredible progress made so far for this minnow. Value always comes through eventually and wiil very soon. enough.

As sad as it is for long term investors, any start up bio-company is going to require cash injections for at least the first 5 years until they have developed a product to sell, so the best time to invest is when commerciaisation is looming (now). Nobody, has let me in like some kind of gentleman's club, it's just that my timing is better. Sorry to say it but that is the truth and hope you at least get your money back that you invested.

If they are in talks then all they can say is that "we are in talks", which is what they have done! No company would jeopardize a contract or JV deal being made behind closed doors until it has become reality and signed.... then they can tell you who the party is, how much and the other details. People keep blabbing on saying been here for 5 or 6 years.... well all that time ago they were million miles away from commercialisation. In the last 6 months they have completed CTII, received global patents and NOW they can go to market which is where they are.

Whilst you are all panicking, try relaxing and looking at the bigger picture. That's why I topped up today with another 100,000 shares.
