You just don’t know when news will drop with VAL. Major milestones have been accomplished en-masse since December 2017.

Have you got the RNS about JV and commercial partners that VAL are in talks with?

Just listened again to the podcasts on VAL site from Feb and now we are 3 months on, I know we have been saying it for sometime, but news really must be imminent IMHO. The ducks are lined up - patents, financing and NS rather timely entrance! Wink wink nod nod

Agree bladder. Within current range could test +4p. A breakout on 201 positive news should see SP past 7p. JV and potentially +25p. All IMHO.

The company could be very close to 401 JV, but doesn’t mean they have to stop the PR machine. They have other compounds that they will want to shout from the roof tops about.

Agree. I am sure he wants to see 401 get commercialised first (and soon) and then 201 to enjoy many multiples of his entry price level.

And what makes you think it is close?

Has anyone yhought that the placed shares maybe held for the long term for the story to unfold. This is not YA. Imagine buying nearly 50mn shares at 2p to sell out at 50p in the near future!

Some good buying at the open. Feels like we are now in a different place with funding done, TR1 - insider?, global patents and more importantly 201 update and 401 JV providing the springboard to get the SP where it should be at this stage in the companies development of 25p to 50p.

Hi JJP The norm I have investigated appears to be a 20% to 25% cash payment uppn JV. Probably worth $1bn but I think VAL’s deal will be circa $150 to $250 mn plus royalties and / or milestone payments. So worth circa 30p per share initially IMHO

A JV of 401 must be worth including cash injection, royalties and milestone awards between $250 to $500 million or assuming a 66% discount between 20p and 38p per share.

Why xx out the figures Freddie?

Mister Positive Either 1 or 2 are game changers and both options will require an upfront game chanhing cash injection which should +5 bag the current share price.

They cannot confirm anything in the market until signed on the bottom line, sealed and delivered. The DD takes time.

If the cash burn is £250k pm, which I think is lower now, now that 401 has frozen funding, then why arrange just 4 months funding?????? Because JV coming very soon?
