Totally agree about Zero, it is about time we heard about the resubmission. It seems to have gone very quiet on announcements at the moment. Maybe a blockbuster announcement with the yearly results? We can all dream.

Totally agree we are at this sp due to all the shenanigans but what I am trying to say is there must be an exit strategy by TB and no way is that at this valuation. He must know more about what is in the pipeline. As I keep saying this company must be or will be on bigger fish’s radar. TB is looking at a paper loss of £10m from what was the high point of 20p+. I think we have to be looking at a figure above that for him to sell.

Regarding KS and her involvement in other trials. It doesn’t mention IB but I would guess that they are using our technology for the imagery. The more other universities use our technology the better. Keep spreading the word etc.

It is 2 months since the last update. So the question is will TB want some good news published before the yearly results or the AGM? It will be interesting how he conveys what has happened to the share price after saying last year it was way undervalued and would try to improve upon it. Would he admit he has failed or will he try to increase the sp before then? Let’s see what happens over the next few weeks or month.

If we say TB and family have always controlled 30% approximately of the company then they:

Currently own £1m of stock

January 2024 owned £3m of stock

November 2020 high they owned £11m of stock

So you could say they have a paper loss of £10m. Have they sold the company, no. Have they stayed at around 30% holding, yes. Have they taken it private, no.

Has the company’s technology improved in 3 years, I would say most definitely.

This is where we all have to make our own judgment call. Do we believe in the technology or are we worried about TB’s shenanigans? If he is so financially astute why didn’t he sell in November 2020. We keep saying he knows far more about what is happening behind the scenes than we do. We also know he said previously he would be judged by the share price within 2 years.

I am not trying to be TB’s biggest fan but looking at this logically something must be in the pipeline to keep him interested. So as I see it people can jump ship at a possible loss or we can sit it out for a bit longer and see where this goes. How long, I don’t know? However, I do believe in all the great work KS and her team are doing. That is what I am invested in.

Personally I am nursing a considerable loss and I hate all the shenanigans that are happening but “in IB I trust” and like a few others will stick around until “the end”.

Dear all just found this update

If we get the PRD designation it looks like we have until 2026 to get approved so we can get the voucher. As always this is my reading of this totally confusing procedure.

“2024 update: Rare Pediatric Disease PRV program sunset

Under the current provisions in the law, the rare pediatric disease PRV program will begin to sunset after September 30, 2024. Section 529(b)(5) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act states:

(5) TERMINATION OF AUTHORITY.—The Secretary may not award any priority review vouchers [. . .] after September 30, 2024, unless the rare pediatric disease product application—

(A) is for a drug that, not later than September 30, 2024, is designated [. . .] as a drug for a rare pediatric disease; and

(B) is, not later than September 30, 2026, approved under section 505(b)(1) of this Act or section 351(a) of the Public Health Service Act.”

Yet again the science is there just not the company valuation. At some point somebody from Bayer, GEHC, Siemens etc must see the value in our technology. That would help pay for the drug trials

Have you ever crossed referenced all the tweets with the newsletter they keep publishing? They need somebody who is going to market their products to every hospital/radiologist in the USA if not the world. The tweets are not hitting a big enough audience in my opinion.

If Stanford are using our products now they surely that should be another selling point. We need to get the company’s products being tested by people do they can see how good they are.

I wonder how many people actually receive our newsletter?

At the moment nobody will have made any money from this share. However, we all hopefully can if the technology from IB is approved then regardless of what the BoD may do we should see a major upturn in the sp.

That is the big risk in my opinion, can IB continue a forward trajectory?

Hopefully, be it the PRD response, the annual results, or indeed something we don’t yet know about, we should find out in the next couple of months.

The only way TB can make major money on this is if he does sign a big commercial deal. The few hundred thousands he keeps making is nothing compared to what IB could be worth. Trek mentioned the voucher, that could $100m unfortunately we don’t know when in the process we would be eligible for that.

I understand everbody’s frustration and anger. BB has helped started the process of alerting the authorities including those in the USA. In the meantime we can’t do anything but wait. As upsetting as it is it will probably be the end of April before we know much if anything more.

We said it could be interesting this year, unfortunately not in the way we all saw it playing out.

I have just looked through for quite a few years worth of RNS’s looking as I seemed to remember some analysis from a company on the value outlet shares should be but I can’t find it. Maybe I imagined it.

However, what really struck me was all the great innovations IB has achieved over the last few years. I think we need to remember that is why most of us are invested here, the great work and technology from IB. That cannot be underplayed and that will be our trump card in all this. We know the tech is there and it works. I am sure there is even more tech that we haven’t been informed of yet. That can’t be hidden from other companies forever by TB et al.

Thanks for info. The telling bit from the document for me was “Although several studies have shown the value of perfusion imaging in the identification of tumor progression and treatment effect, perfusion imaging is still not widely adopted for this patient population at many centers.”

Why do we not have people contacting every centre showing them what our technology can do? We need to boast about this again and again and I include TB really plugging our technology.

Maybe when we get the coding it will improve?

I see the scanner were from GE, it will be interesting to see how many sales we have because this study was because this was approved by Stanford not MCW

Apart from all the trades that happened as once, sorry I forgot the technical name, there has been only 4 deals, all appear to be sells. The trading of this share really has dropped which makes me think the closed period has caused this. No TB family or broker sales so everybody else just twiddling thumbs until the end of April.
