So ten months since this statement:

We are currently less than the price when that statement was made. So Orphan drug status, on the way to get rare paediatric drug status, grants etc.

Maybe the board of directors need to take a long hard look at what they have done to the share price? I see MS was re-elected as a director last year, do the other directors have to get re-elected? If so can we vote against their reelectio?

So that must be the yearly low for the sp. What else can happen to lower the price?

Yet again it shows how well respected IB are within their peers.

Unfortunately we are invested in IQAI and their sp doesn’t seem as well respected.

Maybe we should do a coup and install MS as the ceo of IQAI. We just need somebody to take an interest in our technology and drug trials and then it could fly.

If somebody bought IB would IQAI still exist and if it did how would they distribute any profits to shareholders? Would TB issue a special dividend and if so would it be for the full selling price of IB. What we don’t want is IB to be sold and TB still keep the money as part of IQAI with no other products apart from the mothballed Stonechecker.

Let’s see what happens before the AGM then ask TB to justify the sp based on what he said last year

One day they may surprise us and give us something to make the market sit up and notice.

Wouldn’t anybody with over 3% have to be declared?

The vast majority of shares seem to be with private investors and would imagine they would not accept a derisory offer especially as TB has stated the company is undervalued.

Could it be they were hoping to increase their prospects of a sale to big pharma, a more broader designation may have increased what the big pharma could use it for if say mixed with metformin? The fda wanted it more tightly worded maybe?

So again the FDA is basically leasing the company through the progress and telling us what to write in the resubmission. Frustrating the delay but good news it sounds like it should be passed eventually

Totally agree IB is the future but unfortunately TB is the present. This means for most of us we have quite a bit of money invested in IQAI and don’t like the way this share is being manipulated just to create a situation for somebody to make far more profit than the rest of us and our investment is constantly reducing. I don’t mind making a loss if the technology doesn’t work but not if some people are deliberately creating a drop.

I thought the BoD was supposed to ensure all shareholders were treated equally and this is where we have an apparent problem. The BoD if (and it is if) they know what is going on are therefore possibly complicit and should be acting in their fiduciary responsibility to ensure that all shareholders are treated equally. Why are the BoD not investigating the share drop and reassuring shareholders?

Whoever is selling is still doing it judging by the sales today.

It does seem a very concerted effort to suppress the price and obviously the value of our holdings. Surely that would be up to the MAR as per Treks message to investigate.

I think this is a very good point backed up by the use of the phrase “real world” data.

Everybody seems to want this drug to succeed but this persistent seller is doing everything to the detriment of the sp. I suppose if everybody reported alleged/suspected MAR as per Trek’s link, thank you, then maybe we would find out more what is happening. More reports the better?

It feels like we should have had the rare paediatric drug update by now. Unfortunately we need IQAi to confirm it, as there is no register. What’s the odds we get it by tweet instead of a RNS like they did with the newsletter.

Why would the MMs buy all the shares if they didn’t have any buyers? Don’t they have to balance their books?

Or do they know good news is on its way so don’t mind the risk?

Too many questions with no current answers.

•Is there a legal way we could get answers to what is happening?

•Does anybody actually oversee the alleged manipulation of the share price and can investigate?

•is there a formal process to ask the company what is happening and how they intend to resolve it?

FAB only had to sell just over 1.3m to get under the 3% threshold. Surely they must have sold that many recently, assuming all the big sells have been them? Where is the RNS confirming this?
