If and I say if there was a placing then why is it that TB gets the opportunity to take part and no other shareholders? If he has, and we don’t know it is him, has manipulated the sp why can’t we all prosper from a placing?

Maybe we should make TB an offer for his shares as he doesn’t seem to value them that highly at the moment. If we all clubbed together and offered him say 3p a share what do we think his response would be.

Just thinking aloud here but only own 23% of the company and seems to be the only one making a profit whereas our money seems to be dropping

If somebody keeps selling then where are those share going? Somebody must be accumulating.

Are we due a RNS if either TB or FAB?

We are due the paediatric rare drug update any day. If that is good news how low could the sp drop after that if it follows the same pattern?

We could get an offer from GEHC or Bayer at say 50p a share and the sp would still drop.

It is just so predictable whenever we get a RNS saying anything good that the sp will fall.

If it was FAB selling shouldn’t they have gone below 3% by now. Wouldn’t that involve a RNS to confirm they are under this threshold. The last RNS was the same morning as the TR1 was sorted so a bit unusual for a delay issuing one if that was the case.

The buying and selling of the same value is the bit that interests me. One person swapping shares with another?

Interestingly saying that about the sells but if you look there seems to a corresponding buy for the same amount.

£2004 sell £1996 buy

£2504 sell £2496 buy

So it seems to me somebody is using a broker with a £4 fee and possibly swapping shares from one person to another

So FAB selling and somebody else in the family buying?

It seems we don’t get the voucher until the drug is fully approved by the FDA, so no $100m any time soon

If you look at a lot of the sells today they seem to be a lot that costs £2004 or £2504? So somebody is selling the same values quite consistently regardless of the number of shares that is.

So my reading is it did well but GBM Agile not happy so dropped it from the program but will not say why?

The trials seem to still be continuing with phase 2 results due any day.

All a bit strange but shows nothing is a given in this area of research

The share price here keeps going lower hopefully we get RNS soon stating if somebody is buying or selling?

Regarding the 60 days, I thought we did the application just in time so that the 60 days does apply in this case. So we are overdue but Mike did say middle of Q1, I thought, so I assumed middle of February. I can’t find a list on the FDA website so can’t keep checking.

They got PRDD in 2022 with right to ask for a voucher when the product is being marketed. So judging by mcap the voucher is when it gets final FDA approval as why would a company with a voucher only be worth $9m?

This company seems to be ahead of IQAI by a few years in development of a similar drug. Unfortunately their mcap is only $9m

We could be in for a long wait for IQAi to shoot up in value if this is a typical example of PRD and ODD

We need to separate IQAI and IB

We all talk about the issues people see with IQAI but IB are at the forefront of what they do. It will only be a matter of time before a larger company makes an offer that forces IQAI’s hand in my opinion.

IB are doing everything they can via conferences, webinars etc. They are targeting their customers not investors which is what we all want them to do. They are seemingly being guided by the FDA through the drug trial. Again this will not be going unnoticed by the big boys.

IQAI seem to be strengthening their hold on the company in their own way so as to maximise their return. A good outcome for them will mean a good outcome for all of us I would say. Keep personalities out of the equation and look at the fact in my opinion.

The question is how could you actually value the company?

We know about the imaging side but not how many times they have been used. Hopefully this will become clearer when we get some results. But will them sales increase exponentially once we have the insurance code?

The GaM trial do you value it on the possible PRV we are not guaranteed to receive but sounds like a very good chance we will?

It the trial is successful what would the valuation be then. Like I said at the weekend 14000 new patients each year in the USA alone with an average cost of $180000pa and it could be more than that.

I know people will say that is a long time off but maybe not as long as it might be with the possible new pathway application. The cost of the drugs trial who will finance it? We seem to have got so far without any other external shareholders. We don’t know what is happening about the prospective new grant application.

Orphan drug status gives tax and longer exclusivity benefits.

Does anybody have a clue what the company is or could be worth in the near future? The only thing I would say is certain is we are worth far more than the current mcap.

50p is about the money we would receive from a PRV. So I would prefer £1, wishful thinking. We can all dream. The question is what TB would consider a fair price?
