As fab goes down TB goes up but never above 30%

If the last conversion was 8.5m at 1.5p each wouldn’t that leave TB with just under £100k left using the figures from last year’s account (£220k+ of CLN). So about 6.5m shares he could possibly buy/FAB sell. Not sure if my understanding of the CLN is correct but I am sure somebody could confirm it who understands these things far better than me

This pattern keeps happening with the sp. I said yesterday it was likely to happen. I didn’t expect this big a fall but there is nothing we can do but be patient and wait for the announcements. The fundamentals haven’t changed for IB just the sp has changed for IQAI. The sp only matters if you need to sell or want to buy more at a cheaper price.

We need to see what RNSs we get over the next month. They could be transformational, let’s hope so.

Keep the faith and believe in what Mike and the team are doing.

Trevor himself has stated the sp doesn’t represent the true worth of the company and he want to increase the sp so not sure how he can then put in a cheeky offer. Especially as we have a RNS stating the PRV is worth around $100m in its own. $100m is heading towards 50p a share. So surely he would have to start around that figure and that is without all the imaging side taken into account.

IB keep delivering on all their promises and more, like today’s announcement.

The sp at the moment is nonsensical with respect of what IB has to offer. The problem, in my opinion is IQAI and not IB. This seems like TB trying to sort out his family’s shareholding to gain the maximum value. As some people have said previously we can’t really blame him for doing this as he was the one that has bankrolled IB. Hopefully in the next month all of this will all be cleared up with FAB sales and the CLNs.

Unfortunately it is frustrating but hopefully if we can hold our nerve we will be greatly rewarded. The main thing is that the FDA seem to be helping us every way they can. They must like the results or why would they keep approving applications.

Maybe we should all ignore the sp and comments for a month and reconvene in the middle of February. We keep getting excited and then upset with the market responses. There is nothing we can do but wait.

They haven’t applied for the voucher yet, they need the rare paediatric drug approval first, which should be any day. Then they need to clarify when we can apply for the voucher.

Will this follow the normal pattern of sp increases on this news then we get subsequent RNS’s on FAB shareholding followed by TBs CLN and the sp drops again?

It would be good to get an update on the Rare Paediatric Drug application. Surely the FDA must approve this as they seem to be encouraging us every step of the way.

Good question about funding, will this be helped by the news we are hoping for in February I believe

My reading of this is the FDA are really helping the company get this drug out into the wider community to help patients. They must like the results they are seeing. Great news for the team and all the people it can help.

Whatever we should know sooner rather than later and I hope Mike clears up the confusion about the PRV and gives us an approximate date for that to be applied for. In my opinion it is that which they dramatically increase the sp.

I did work out the total holding is based on the sp but then they show a daily gain for individual stocks which must be using the mid price. HL seems to be confusing people by using different values for different measurements

Anybody else had an issue with HL’s valuation today? It says 8% increase of the sp but overall valuation for my holding stayed the same.
