It looks like a sell to me compared to the others sells with a similar time stamp.

What is interesting though is all those sells didn’t effect the sp, apart from slightly when just after that big sale but then it bounced back to its original price.

If FABs holding on 2nd October was just less than 10% and they have been selling consistently since then ie they have been all the rounded sells 100000, 50000 etc when do they next have to issue a TR1? Does it have to be every 1% or can it be when they have finished their selling?

If they have been possibly selling for the last two months could they be approaching the 5 million that TB still have in CLNs?

Could the next two RNS’s be about TR1’s for FAB and TB?

If TB has 5 million shares still available it is going to take many weeks based on daily volume of sales for him to be able to convert. However, news is due sooner than that either end of December or start of January or both.

We are all getting frustrated but there is nothing we can do but wait for any significant RNS’s to drop. Unlike most companies it can happen anytime during the day. I suppose this is due to the time difference of where Mike is based.

You raised a good point there. If the company was sold would it be IB or all of IQAI? If just IB and TB issues a special dividend would that involve more tax implications? Just a thought.

Funding ?m$ possibly the Gates foundation

Possibly a big pharmaceutical company pays for phase 2

But would a big pharmaceutical company prefer to buy us for the tax breaks and the voucher?

Readysteadygo I agree I think the voucher will be later rather than sooner next year. If we got fastracked and paediatric drug designation could TB possibly convert his CLNs then we apply for PRV? Who knows but it could well be very exciting and profitable. With all the positive news about the trial the more secure the company’s future is in my opinion.

Let’s hope for a big deal with anybody, then all discussions of CLNs will be a thing of the past. But would TB want a deal before the possible PRV?

Then if all that was positive then sell would be my guess but that is only a guess. A company with a PRV is worth well over $100m+ and that is without all the imaging technology so £100m+ for everything.

Don’t forget about all the tax breaks ODD brings as well.

Why would FAB sell their shares now when hopefully we are due a significant increase if the FDA approves our applications.

Can’t TB buy them (CLN) at a fixed price regardless of the sp?

The greater the sp the more money FAB/TB make, or am I not understanding this correctly?

It is like he is wanting not to promote all the excellent work IB have done. He wanted to increase the sp so why not be upbeat about this and really promote the work. Just think of the possibilities with other tumours being treatable.

Also why a RNS for something which is already in the public domain.

Plus the selling by some people. All a bit strange with news due imminently.

Thank you. My only issue is the applying for the voucher. It is not given to you. You can apply for it but my question is at what point? When you get PRD designation or when the formal drug application happens to the FDA?

As I keep saying hopefully my pessimism is totally misplaced and we get it in January.

Thanks for the comment, it is appreciated. I want us to succeed as much as anyone. I just have reservations about the time frame it could happen in. I am extremely confident it will all come to fruition eventually because of the IB team.

We all hope it happens sooner rather than later. But what I think we can all agree upon is the fantastic work that IB are doing. They are making a difference to real people and because of that fact I don’t mind waiting.

Let’s see what happens in January. Hopefully you can all laugh at my pessimism then. I will gladly join in.

Thanks I can remember you posting that and I can remember reading the guidlines.

My issue was/is that as I posted previously “ If you look at Trek’s reply “We request the voucher when we submit a rare pediatric disease product application – either in the initial package sent or up until the point of NDA/BLA filing. “ this makes me think it could be after phase 3 and we make our final submission.

The phrase initial package, is that for final approval or possibly when we started this process several years back.”

I know the vast majority of people disagree with my possible interpretation and told me to clarify with Mike which is what I tried to do but unfortunately no reply. I hoped Mike would say I was wrong but his silence makes me more pessimistic that I could be correct.

Hopefully I will be proved wrong in January but until then I shall remain unsure. It will happen but I am worried it may be far longer than people are hoping for.

Hopefully you are correct but my worry is we could end up with the same situation as when we got ODD announcement and no real change in the sp even if we are successful with two recent applications.

What we really need to know is when we can apply for the PR voucher? That is the game changer in my opinion. Unfortunately Mike hasn’t replied to my email to confirm when we can apply for it. I don’t know if anybody else has had a definitive answer from Mike if we are successful with the paediatric designation can we immediately apply for the voucher i.e. in January or do we have to jump through more hoops and will it be several years before we can get the voucher?

Sorry to be pessimistic but until Mike confirms one way or another I am unsure of when this start to show it’s true potential. I would have hoped if we can get it straight away a simple reply from Mike would have confirmed it. It isn’t inside information just a clarification of the process. The lack of confirmation makes me think it could a lot longer wait than by January. I would love to be wrong.

That’s what I thought as well. Mike said they had to resubmit more data but seems to have gone very quiet since then.

We don’t seem to have heard anything about IB Zero recently. Does anybody know if they are still progressing with it? I believe they were sorting out more data for the FDA but that was quite a few months ago now.
