Looking at the small trades over the last 3 days there is a pattern. We keep getting up to 10 trades happening at exactly the same time, to the same second!

Is there any logical reason this could happen because it doesn’t look right to me. It seems to be manipulated and not random.

Any body got any better ideas as to what is causing this to happen?

Just thinking about logically. Wouldn’t the company want to wait until Friday to issue the RNS with the new TR1s. If each RNS cost £5k I would imagine they wouldn’t want to waste any of the £370k on extra RNSs

Just doing the research on calling a single resolution EGM which TB suggested for another company that Kaneonaim posted about previously.

He seems to have got his percentages wrong:

“The required percentage is 10% unless, in the case of a private company, more than twelve months has elapsed since the end of the last general meeting—

(a)called in pursuance of a requirement under this section, or

(b)in relation to which any members of the company had (by virtue of an enactment, the company’s articles or otherwise) rights with respect to the circulation of a resolution no less extensive than they would have had if the meeting had been so called at their request,

in which case the required percentage is 5%.”

Have we got the required 10% between us and somebody with enough experience to do it. It seems like the nuclear option to me but do we want any more manipulation that makes our holdings worthless? If we did it why not make it two resolutions and ask for a change of brokers as well if we think they have been complicit? Just a thought if the MAR do nothing?

Maybe somebody doesn’t like how we are all feeling especially when we put it in writing? To be honest I was expecting a RNS from IB this afternoon to suddenly make the sp increase.

Still no TR1s so are they saying no change to significant share holders holdings since 19th january?

So people are buying today and the sp is still going down. Typical really.

TR1s will be interesting but I am more concerned about the resubmission of the RPD application. I still have not seen official confirmation of that anywhere or have I just missed it?

We can’t control the share holdings of individuals and if people think it is manipulation of the share price we can all report it. But we do need to know what is happening at IB if we want to make a valid judgement on the company’s future.

Fingers crossed for a good week, blue is what we all want to see.

I think for the vast majority of us on this board we aren’t following TB we are believing in the IB team and that evidence is being backed up by the FDA. I/we could be wrong but I am following the science.

Our strategy unfortunately is we just have to wait and see how this all plays out.

Last Friday I said hopeful a RNS for the market to take notice off. Well that definitely happened but as I don’t want to tempt fate again so all I will say is have a good weekend everybody. Maybe when this finally comes good (hopefully) we should go to the the place in Italy Geeforce mentioned to celebrate instead of Wisconsin

I missed this bit from the RNS when I read it earlier

“The net proceeds will be used further the development of oral gallium maltolate, the oral anti-tumour agent currently under study in the phase 1 trial, via an intermediate-sized expanded access program and other commercialization initiatives necessary to fully leverage the Fast Track Designation granted by the US FDA.”

So if you add this to the Musella money that should help get the real world data and hopefully expedite the trial.

After all the negativity recently just looking for some positive news moving forward as most of us seem to be of the opinion we will continue to hold regardless of the frustration and anger we are all feeling at the moment.

I keep seeing people saying the PRD has been resubmitted, has that been confirmed and I have missed that as well?

Thank you for your honest reply, pity the BODs don’t appear to have the same integrity.

Totally agree KS and her team are ones I am invested in this share for and their dedication and expertise. I still believe they will succeed but MS appears to be becoming a pawn which TB is willing to sacrifice. I would love to be proved wrong.

Hopefully we start getting some positive news soon but it may take quite a while for confidence from investors to return.

What will upset me the most is if we find out by TR1s that Mike has been complicit in this for his own family’s gain. I hope that isn’t the case but would explain his lack of responses to emails. My trust in IB would then start to decrease massively.

It is not the product, we keep getting tweets of how good the tech is. Plus the fda seem to be guiding through the trials. It is IQAI that is the problem not IB
