Will the sp after the AGM:

• Soar

• Sink

• Remain the same?

I reckon:

• if we get a plan or presentation then maybe soar and hopefully then keeps the momentum rolling with a few more positive RNSs

• no news then stays the same

• TB or somebody else voted off the board then sink initially but then hopefully will rebound upwards if we got a new CEO, Mike maybe, with a plan for growth.

It always seems funny to me MS and team do all the great work but another entity controls the finances so the what they can actually achieve.

Well I think the answer to my question morning, will the RNS raise the sp” is a resounding no.

We need something to get the momentum going. I hate to think how high this could have been with the last 5 RNSs if it had started from the New Year 5p price.

Just remember the last Crystal research from August was hoping for 6.5p. We need something to kickstart the rise again. Something major hopefully. A JV, takeover, sale of the imaging side etc..

The one thing I think we need to know from the AGM is how the board intend to increase the share price. The recent flood of great RNSs has had no effect.

I know things have happened in the past but what is going to be done now to have a positive effect? Directors buying more shares maybe? What are they planning moving forward. We need a bit of impetus then hopefully it will keep going.

Loizos Siakallis is based at UCL London so that could be a foothold into the NHS. The NHS say they want to use AI, wouldn’t it be nice if they ensured all their scanners used our technology. The word keeps spreading, unfortunately the more good news we have the more decrease in our sp. Negative correlation and I didn’t have to use AI to work that out.

Everybody is now only looking for the negatives with this share. Why not think of the positives of how it can possibly help children with a terrible disease.

I understand the distrust of TB so play him at his own game, sell on the rise and buy on the fall. Or are people worried we may get a transformational RNS and they miss out, I don’t know?

Me personally I would say the company is now ripe for a takeover, ODD, EAP, fast track, PRDD plus the imaging side.

Tax breaks, exclusivity, two PRVs, possibly worth $200m plus, phase 1 about to be completed successfully.

Let’s remember how all this has been achieved with so little funding

I guess this will help get people on the EAP asap and helps us gather the real world data. Good news for patients and IB.

Probably didn’t announce because they didn’t want the sp to fall even more due to the good news.

I know I keep repeating myself but the more companies, medical institutes we work with across the globe the more likely we will come to somebody’s attention. Hopefully somebody who values us at way more than it is currently. What would the offer have to be for TB to walk away I wonder?

We are still due another RNS before the AGM. The one about PRDD for GBM. We might see another 0.1p rise if we are lucky. The chance of another $100m PRV could entice a few buyers.

We need whoever is selling to start buying. All this great RNS news but the sp still stagnated. Somebody, somewhere must be following our progress and see what a bargain we are. If somebody is selling then who is buying their shares?

We need something to give the shareholders hope. TB said he would be judged on the sp in 2 years and a quarter of that time has passed already. Well TB the sp has fallen significantly do you want that to be how you are remembered or judged? Please show us something encouraging, positive etc.

IB are world leaders, they claim, so why are we in league 2? We want promotion to the championship, at least, not relegation to the non-league.

Another country where our technology has spread to. I wonder if it is easier to charge customers in other countries rather than USA when we don’t have our own code yet?

Every institute goes on about how good our technology is but mcap only £3m, weird.

Could TB be trying to get sells/placing/CLN done before the AGM in case he is voted off the board? Just a thought.
