Just rereading the Brain Act that Max posted yesterday. The Glioblastoma Therapeutic Network has $50m available each year for 5 years. Some of that would be go a long way to help with phase 2 costs. Let’s hope Mike knows about this and can gain some funding.

All this information gives an indication why the FDA seem to be holding the company’s hand and trying to expedite patients access to GaM.

FDA keen on the company but not investors yet, unless semantic knows something we don’t and he can’t say ie the important message by FCA you see every time people post a message on here (but may not see) may explain his reticence.

Not being suckered in at all. Semantic suddenly appeared on the board saying he wanted to engage in discussions about the company. As you rightly say he hasn’t answered any questions about his thoughts on the company’s future direction. He can decide whether or not to answer any of them. Obviously if he just wants to stick to his narrative we are all free to make up our own minds on the content and reasoning behind his messages.

Why do you think an institution would now be interested in taking a stake in the company? What has changed to make that occur? Do they possibly know more than the private investors? Genuinely interested to hear your thoughts on why the recent up turn in the share price might have occurred.

Here’s something to think about if we had a 4% increase per day for the next ten weeks we would be over 8p a share. So I would be perfectly happy with small rises consistently over several weeks. Then we could see any institutions suddenly becomes interested in the company at a higher valuation. Any accountants out there can disagree with my figures if they think they are wrong.

I think it is pretty obvious by now that Semantic will never actually disclose who they are or what relationship they have, if any, to the company is. That is their choice for whatever reason and we need to respect that. However, the comments they make are there to be discussed. I just hope this is done in a positive manner rather than a cryptic cat and mouse manner. Genuine thoughts on the company going forward would be much more appreciated.

You know full well there currently is no market, less than 1 million shares traded so far today. Your comments today seem to be trying to get people “to bite”. When you first “appeared” on the board recently you said you wished to talk about the future not the past but whenever I have asked you about what you think of the company moving forward you don’t reply eg which side do you reckon could be sold, GaM or imaging or both. You seem to want to belittle people today, I thought you were above that.

So intelligent ultrasound bought for £40m nearly double yesterday’s mcap. Does that give us an indication what the imaging side is possibly worth? I hope so but would they sell the imaging side and keep the GAM side. I would guess more likely to sell the drug side and keep the imaging side being run by MS. Then wait for the revenue when we get out CPT code.
