I tend to agree but anything could be possible with this share regardless of semantic etc. I know he never answers fully with his cryptic posts but it is always interesting to hear the alternative opinions even if they are company pre based.

Could the rounded sells today actually be buys by the institution semantic was implying previously? I hope so but for them to acquire a significant shareholding of 3% (6.6m) it will take a lot of 100k or 25k buys. Maybe they are working to TB’s 2 year deadline as well?

Just seeing if any rumours of the price Bayer paid has circulated yet. Unfortunately not but looking at timeframes. It was just over 2 years from Blackford working with Bayer to them being taken over. We started working with Bayer in July 2022. So if a similar timeframe for Bayer to decide if they want to take over our imaging side then could we hear something soon? Imagine if both Bayer and GEHC wanted our imaging side, a nice bidding war would sure help the sp. Total conjecture by me but we can all dream especially as we seem to have very little to work with regards the BoDs plan to increase the share price.

You mean the ground breaking, world leading, used by leading medical institutes throughout the world and with loads of leads for an easy up sell, with a 57% increase in sales? Yep that one. Like you say how is that not valued in the tens of millions of pounds/dollars?

A bit mind blowing this is so low really just based on the imaging side alone.

I assumed he meant judged in a positive way. The only things that have happened since then were FAB sales, CLNs etc. Nothing negative has been conveyed to the shareholders so all that wheeling and dealing were the only things that could have affected the share price as we don’t appear to have any other “market” factors.

If what semantic is correct and basically the sky is the limit hopefully with the share price I may get that Porsche yet. It just may take a few years before I can sign up for one. I hope I can still drive by that point!

As you say we have no market per se. The shares most definitely are mispriced. As I said yesterday if you are fortunate to have the money this could be classed as an opportunity.

Do you think the company will be the subject of takeover rumours before the start of phase 2 or will the BoD want to hold out until the end of phase 2 even though that has an inherent risk if the drug fails? We don’t know how the research team and the FDA perceive the test results so far with regards the likelihood of achieving drug approval status.

We don’t know if there has already been bids for the company. We outsiders are just in the position of having to wait from one RNS to another and indulge in idle speculation and research to maintain our interest until we get the RNS we are all longing for ie a confirmed takeover bid that the board would recommend we accept.

We normally go down in valuation after a positive RNS so I would take no change as a positive.
