Totally agree if we have world leading technology used by many leading universities in different companies then this is not shown in the sp. That’s why I was hoping some for whispers on how much Blackford went for. To give us an indication of what the imaging side is worth.

You say the market is waiting to see what the market does. Also you mentioned we are too small for institutions to be interested in. So if you were in charge would you do anything different to raise the mcap/sp in the short/medium term and if so what would you do? Or do you feel we just need to wait to see how this plays out over the next few years?

If you so dislike this company and its BODs why are you here? Whenever anybody tries to be positive you post comments implying we don’t know what we are doing. Eg FFS, GCSE knowledge etc. Why waste your time here if you don’t like what people are perfectly entitled to say.

If the PRV deadline was extended then our fast track, EAP real world data must increase the likelihood of our product being approved (assuming the phase 2 and EAP data are positive) within the required time frame. In which case $200m of vouchers may still be ours in the years to come. Or indeed this would make us far more attractive to a potential takeover.

Now all we need is the markets to notice this company to increase the positivity of shareholders. As semantic (and I have previously) said TB didn’t sell at 20p before so what he would settle for now with all the possibilities?

I know certain people on here will go on about funding but the compare has achieved all of this so far on handouts from TB and grants. I am sure MS will be aware of this and working with the board towards this. If it means I have a slightly reduced percentage of a much bigger mcap business then I would have no problem with that. We need to think what could the mcap of a successful ODD and PRDD company be worth?

I do make my own mind up on facts

Let’s say it was TB and I am not because we don’t know. Then this is the most communication we have ever received from the company. If it isn’t TB then it is somebody who has studied his companies previously and offering his opinion. Either way we are seeing a different perspective re timeframes etc and I like to hear all the opinions and then make my own decision. Neither you or semantic should expect me to follow along with your choices if I don’t agree with them. My money my choices.

We will never know. What we do know he has expressed his thoughts and ideas on how this will start to play out and in my mind has given us a different perspective to think about. This is not going to be an overnight multi bagger. But if we hold our nerve and things keep following this trajectory (the work IB is doing) then who knows what this could be worth?

I would still like to hear semantics thoughts on the perfusion side.

How does he think sales are going?

Will the imaging side fund the drug side?

Would IQAI consider a sale of the imaging side and payout a large dividend as other TB companies have done previously? Has anybody heard any rumours about what valuation Blackford analysis had, that would give us an idea of the value of the perfusion side?

Or sell the drug side to fund the imaging side?

Could it be we can’t sell either the imaging or drug side as they are so intertwined with KS and MS?

Anyway just my thoughts and opinions but I would value semantics thoughts as to how he sees this playing out in the future.

Does FG and other staff still have share options? 5p and 10p or maybe 15p. The PhD research students will want their payments soon surely. So FG must produce something that increases the sp to ensure they get paid.

I agree most people on here would sell out at 5x current valuation. I would assume quite a few would sell for a lot less than that. However, there are some of us who believe in what is happening for helping patients and want to see it come to fruition. Obviously that would bring a significant financial reward as well which I don’t mind admitting was my original reason for investing here. I don’t see the directors selling this cheap either. Looking at the figures the price obviously rises as drug passes more phases. I am sure TB and the board may have a target price again I would hope that takes into account the drug can progress further after a possible sale.

What we haven’t heard much of are your thoughts on the more established part of the business ie the imaging side. We heard the team were targeting I believe 45 leads. Do you think the company should keep investors more updated about the perfusion side and sales? We keep getting tweets (thanks Max) and occasional RNS’s but I think most shareholders would like to know about projected profitability for these products as well as the GaM side.

Anyway I think people are probably fed up with us exchanging thoughts. So have a good weekend and thank you for the useful and informed communications.

I thought I would check back in to see if there was any positive. Unfortunately it still appears we are in the same situation as 12/24 months ago. Still invested, still hope this comes good soon even if just for the water park tickets. Funny RBK was mentioned didn’t he once hold nearly 3% of the company as he had to actually check if him and his family had to be declared as significant shareholders.

Thank you for your reply. One thing I would disagree upon though is that shareholders on here are not long term holders. Most of the people who comment here have been holding for several years and will continue to support the company and have previously tried to discuss future valuations etc rather than previous shenanigans. We would just like a bit more communication from the board wherever possible. Like you say insiders can’t sell for a lot of the time but previous sales by significant holders leads people to put two and two together when we get a lot of rounded sales.

Anyway thank you for your thoughts over the last few days. Hopefully sometime in the future all shareholders will be rewarded by the great work of IB which hopefully carries on with its great work helping patients.

Re share buyback I do agree with you but at that point last year it was a new resolution so you can understand how people viewed it.

I look forward to seeing your views on a true valuation of the company and a possible timeline for what could be possibly achieved by when.

Regarding the shares at being cheap at 5p maybe you should look at the crystal research the company itself published with its target price.

I assume there will be a similar document published this year and it will be interesting to see how the target price has increased with all the great updates. If they don’t publish one then again that will look suspicious as if the board has something to hide.

Just reading your post again you seem to be saying TB will not be interested in the massive share price drop since the New Year. However, doesn’t this go against his fiduciary responsibility to all shareholders not just those on the inside? Also it contradicts what has been stated in RNSs last year when I think the share was about 3p when he stated the share was undervalued and would be aiming to increase it including considering share buybacks.

We have all this great work being done by IB surely the board must understand the shareholders concerns why has the share price dropped so much and what they intend to do about it? Concentrating on the products going forward is what we all want to be able to do but not if we keep seeing the sp dropping. Surely the number of votes against the board member reelection shows TB to concentrate on his fiduciary responsibilities to all long term holders?
