Thank you for the reply. We know TB told Bertie he should be judged by the sp in two years time, that was last year, so what do you think TB’s long term valuation of the company could be? Like you say he has already supported the company financially and had the opportunity to sell at 20p+. Do you think he will sell eventually or if he has a succession plan will he keep it and draw dividends when available like he did with BRH?

It seems the priority review vouchers are not going to be available so that was a chance for a big dividend unless he intends sell the perfusion side and keeps the drug side or vice versa.

I think we all need to now consider this more as a long term project but a rise in the share price in the short term would go a long way to increase shareholder confidence.

You do seem to like TBs company and TB as a CEO so what do you think TB could and possibly will do to increase the share price for all shareholders? If he is one of the best CEO’s surely he must want to show all shareholder that he can create wealth for them with all the great positive news flowing from IB.

You seem to have researched TB and his companies in detail so if you were in his shoes what would you do? How can he turn around all this perceived negativity which happens regardless of all MS and the team do. The FDA seems to like our products but not investors, TB must have a plan to maximise the company valuation.

However, I also agree with some of what he is saying we need to focus on the business going forward. The past is the past we can’t do anything about that now. I think the economic phrase is ceteris paribus (maybe wrong usage) regarding “in IB we trust”

How many of those 100s have been awarded ODD, PRDD, fast track and EAP by the FDA? I would imagine not that many. IB keep moving forward with what appears to be the FDA’s help. They must like something to keep offering all this guidance and support.

Maybe we should ask TB if we are getting another Crystal Research update this year? The last one one was August 2023 target price 6.5p. That was before PRD, Fast track, EAP plus the updates on the imaging side. I would love to see what they value the target price now. Hopefully that would create some renewed appetite in this company.

I can remember a few months ago saying will we get 1p increase in a day. It seems more likely we will drop below 1p nowadays if people keep selling.

I am guessing the priority review vouchers are now not going to happen if we look at how long phase 2 is going to take. Or is it possible the EAP could still help us come to the market in the next two years?

Let’s see what happens next. If the RNS was a come and buy us advert then has TB already got somebody lined up and looking for another bidder to create an auction.

So in two years time TB will be 80, is he willing to willing to wait until then to get a return on his investment?

A freedom of information request to Peterhouse and IQAI should be able to establish that number ie how many went to non board members of their associated families.

I think people are missing the point of what IB are achieving and getting side tracked by all the BOD shenanigans. JC, KS, MS are all doing everything they set out to do. We have the FDA guiding us and why would they do that unless they saw potential.

I think everything TB deals with is always up for sale. The question is at what price? He didn’t sell at 20p+ and in my mind it is a lot better company nowadays.

In my view a great update outlining the plan going forward. Not what we may have wanted with regarding a partner in the near future. But at least we know a timeframe for milestones to occur. Well done the team.

If it is FAB (or TB) selling when do they have to inform the markets if they are currently at 8.87% (20.64%)?

I hope that isn’t the case but somebody is definitely getting rid of a few shares. We are due a shareholder letter soon, hopefully that has some good news in it. Maybe first patients enrolled on EAP etc

If they wanted to drive the sp lower then it hasn’t worked, yet. Half a million sold and no change, that alone raises a question why not? Let’s wait for the next RNS, will it be about a significant shareholding or something far more positive. Yet again we don’t know.

If they do then it doesn’t make sense as only 57m for TB but TB and FAb Control 65m

If they don’t who are the 57m who voted for him? Ks and FAb total 30m so who are the other 27m?
