If I remember correctly Trek knew more about it, hence my believe it has been currently mothballed.

Let’s see if we get a RNS concerning significant shareholders. Would TB risk that before the AGM or would it be deliberately delayed until after the AGM.

To make serious money the sp must increase. If he just keeps making thousands instead of millions from a bit of the recent shenanigans he will never make his next fortune. His percentage of the company remains the same unfortunately ours keeps decreasing. His value of the stake in the company stays the same ours decreases that’s the problem.

Didn’t TB make money from NNN/RMS before he left?

To make money here he needs the sp to increase, that is what we are all waiting for. For him to succeed means we have the opportunity to succeed as well.

IB have proven technology which is selling, obviously not as much as we hope but the new code when we apply for it will help. In my opinion the value of the imaging side must be worth multiples of the current mcap.

What we are all gambling on is the drug trial. Will this become more valuable when we start phase 2. Will we actually need a phase 3 before we can market it? Fast track, EAP. ODD and PRDD and all the real world data etc. Plus all the possible tax breaks to other companies must be worth quite a lot of value.

Somebody somewhere will be eyeing this company up. What we need is two or more companies wanting to buy us out that’s when this could increase dramatically.

All my opinion of course but imaging technology proven and the FDA keep seem to be helping us on the drug side Would they do that if they thought the drug didn’t work or at least shown very promising results so far?

Serious questions, does TB just need 50.01% to get re-elected or is there a minimum percentage?

Let’s suppose he wasn’t relected where would we stand as a company? What would happen then?

We all agree we want a change in attitude and communication from the board but what happens if TB isn’t re-elected would that place us in a worse position?

HL update, still no reply but found the location on the account page via the website (not the app). There is a shareholder meeting button on the right hand side. If you have a SIPP, ISA, share account etc you need to vote for each holding via the same page. All very easy once you know where to look. I hope this helps people.

In my opinion it doesn’t matter how you vote so long as the Board know you are checking , aware etc.

I hope it is better weather in Jersey for this making the trip and I would like to say thank you to those who do attend. I honestly believe in the company and technology but the board needs to start taking their fiduciary responsibility to all shareholders seriously. Hopefully people’s votes and attendance will encourage this change.

Steve thanks for the info. I messaged HL but no reply or voting pack yet. I am in a similar situation to you with the paper losses. I wouldn’t be surprised if between us on this board and others we own a considerable amount of stock so the board could be in for a surprise if we all rejected the agenda items. How many shares percentage did TB say on another board required to start asking awkward questions. I am sure somebody will remember. Let’s see what happens.

I also think in the long run it will be ok, the technology is proven and the drug seem to be going in a very positive direction led by the FDA.

I think what upsets most people are all the shenanigans and lack of communication. How many of us would have missed the AGM if Shrek hadn’t posted it? I would have. We just want to know the truth, good or bad so we can make our own minds up based on all the facts. So hopefully if the board read any of these posts we may get more updates and then some us can stop doing all the research, googling etc. We don’t even know where we stand with GBM and PRDD. It is all too much cloak and dagger. News can’t exactly spook the market, it can’t drop much more. Just tell us what is happening that is all we ask.

Give us shareholders some faith in the company and the trust in the board will improve.

Update

got a reply back from the shares registrar. As Trek has said you need to do it through your nominee company. No reply from HL as to where they stand on how their customers votes. I will keep people informed when I hear back. Hopefully people do vote, however they feel, just so the board knows we are watching etc

The AGM seems to be being held in secret if no RNS posted. All very cloak and dagger. I have messaged HL and the shares registrar to see if they can help especially seen as it is being held overseas. Not sure if anybody could attend and be a proxy on our behalf etc. TB and Brett Skelly are both up for re-election, it is like they are trying to not be opposed or that is the impression I get from not being told. Trek, I assume you will know but should they have informed us about the AGM?

That was dated 2 weeks ago, trying to keep things quiet maybe.

Quick question, seen as I would guess most us hold shares through HL etc how do we get on the company’s list of share holders so we can vote? Otherwise our thoughts don’t matter. We all need to be able to vote and actually vote.

Also picking up on something Max posted yesterday all our previous FDA approvals were for GBM but we have been approved for ATRT. So does that mean they can’t be linked for tax, EAP etc?

So in the last few weeks we have been awarded EAP and PRD and the share price has moved by roughly 0%.

ODD we get exclusivity and tax breaks

Fast track

EAP so we get real world data quicker

PRD massive incentive if we can get it done quickly and get the PRV

So FDA yes please asap here are all the incentives we can offer.

I would like TB to explain why that is at the AGM and what he intends to do to rectify it? The phrase big fluctuation in sp with just a few trades will not stand up any more. Actions please!

Great news for the team and patients. Congratulations to all the team.

However, for us the shareholders not as such good news. A few people making their 10% after the recent falls are now selling, good luck to them. But for long term holders, we are majorily down from the high of 20p+ we are down from the yearly high of 5p+

So we have a drug going through clinical trials that has ODD, fast track approval, EAP status, now PRDD.

We all agree the FDA seem to like it and are trying to help it gain approval.

We have the possibility of a massive PRV if we get approval before the sunset deadline.

Our IB technology is being used at many medical facilities including research facilities and is touted as world leading.

AND the company mcap is less than £4m

The world leading technology and possible drug approval doesn’t seem to fit with the Mcap in my mind. What is going to improve the sp, are we going to do more marketing, publicity etc.

How is TB and the board going to sort out the sp? It could be a very interesting AGM.

Just looking for any update on PRD and came across details for Lisata therapeutics who seem to be in very similar type of drug development.

It seems very similar trajectory to IQAI

Orphan drug designation, PRD just granted.

Share price dropped from a 5 year high $50 to now less than $3. It seems very similar pattern to our share price.

However big difference they had a cash pile of $50m (end of 2023) to fund them until 2026. Not bad for mcap of less than $25m but worrying how much they reckon needed for phase 2 onwards. It make our £250k fund raise look a bit pathetic.

How much do we need for a phase 2 trial, EAP funding will only help so much?
