What are we missing? I feel like we have missed something if we are producing slick new promotional videos. But then again why spend a fortune on a YouTube video? Is this just so semantic can come on here and say TB has done some promotional work even if it is just tweeting a video link? I don’t think TB is that interested in us to even consider that so what is the reasoning for this video?

Sorry just struggling to make sense why we have spent money on this but only done a couple of tweets to promote.

So much for BoDs publicising things.

This looks like very professionally done so who are the target audience, you wouldn’t spend all that money then just stick it on YouTube for 80 views, many of whom will be shareholders. How is this being shown to people who can actually purchase this on behalf of doctors, hospitals etc. Let’s hope the newsletter gives us some indication but how will that be released?

Whatever we write on here will have no influence on TB or the board. They know the full story as such, we know virtually nothing. We research and hypothesise. We discuss, sometimes we agree sometimes we don’t. We dream about the possible valuation in the future and complain about the current valuation.

Long may this continue but will it have an effect on TB and how the company moves forward? Not a chance.

I go back to our old favourite “in IB we trust”. That is why we invested and all their success keeps us invested. One day hopefully one day our dreams will come true. Unfortunately not this week though.

Just looking at the IB website and noticed one of the products is IB Stonechecker, has that always been there? I have never noticed it before.

Also it seems Novartis are teamed up with University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health for their GBM trial. We could do with them taking an interest in our trial.

I have never understood why Stonechecker has been forgotten about just so they can concentrate on the brain imaging side? I think the thing to keep us interested is the work of IB not the work of TB et al. The schmainda’s and co are the ones leading for me not TB. That’s why I couldn’t see a takeover attempt by TB working.

Let’s hope you don’t have to wait another 6 years for this to come to fruition.

I agree I am not sure what the end game is. For TB to make substantial money he either sells or helps the sp increase significantly. Or he takes it private and then sells but has he a big enough share following for that to happen. At the moment nobody except the board has a clue what is going on and seeing as TB will not do interviews I can’t see that changing any time soon. Semantic said he had succession planning in place already so that implies is he going to retire, is he unwell or something else? Who knows?

Just thinking about this logically re/AZ trial

•The company has stated prefer to wait until phase 2 complete before a sale/partnership

•Semantic (the company) has pointed out that there is no guarantee of success in phase 2 and quoted the percentage chance of success

•TB doesn’t want to do interviews in case of short term gains leads to a depressed share price

•semantic has pointed out TB is quite old but TB has said wait for him to be judged on the share price (11 months left)

So does all this mean the company are far more optimistic about the data from the trial? The 11 months could relate to the phase 1 data being released?

Somebody previously stated saying not wanting to sell before end of phase 2 could be a sign to companies we ain’t going to be sold on the cheap and if they want to buy us now they better make a realistic offer.

Currently we are a company with a very promising drug trial but as AZ illustrates that doesn’t guarantee success.

When will the board consider a sale especially if you see the amounts quoted by AZ in their trial.

Just some concerns I thought I might share to see what others feel?

Just to show how not all drug trials including phase 3 trials are a success. AZ billion drug trial issue is worth a read. It was promising in earlier stages but not phase 3. So should we (the board) get people looking to invest sooner rather than later?

Sorry it was supposed to say letter to shareholders as a title

2 years ago this was in September, last year was in October. So we may get it next week or the week after. Hopefully good news and actually more detail on what is happening.

We need positive news to get this moving up and hopefully not used as a way of certain shareholders making more money or increasing their holdings and decreasing ours.

Could TB possibly do some interviews to promote the company? I think that would go a long way to helping build bridges and create more trust between all concerned. Semantic you said previously he doesn’t want to do interviews well hopefully he realises his lack of interviews has not helped the sp. So interviews could not harm the sp.

I think semantic/TB etc trying to change the narrative on this board with all the cryptic questions, that we never get answers to, need to remember “actions speak louder than words”. The only action we have had recently is a downward one in the share price and that coupled with the inaction from TB to this is what we are and every other investor see with regards this company.

Maybe we should ask Mike to state on each letter how many months remaining before we can, in his own words, judge TB on what he has done for shareholder value.

Semantic a compounded increase on the (earlier in the year) 5p would appeal far more to shareholders than a similar increase at today’s valuation. Shareholders need to move on from the fixation with TB but that will only occur when he shows he is willing to move on and get the share price back to where it was or higher. Interviews, promoting the company etc

It seems you want us to use a board where free speech is not tolerated. Why? Genuinely why? We are a democratic country where free speech is permitted. AWL did nothing wrong, people would have a choice if they helped/followed the link he posted.
