I suppose there is still time today, MS is quite a few hours behind us plus they could always just tweet it again.

They wouldn’t want us to know too much about the underlying business. Which itself is why Semantic’s post about us not discussing the business is so funny. We do try to discuss the business but seen as the board don’t communicate with us it can be very difficult.

We all keep digging for information and trying to second guess what is happening. Then semantic never wants to actually discuss the business himself when asked. I assume he doesn’t want to break any insider rules. Maybe if he is part of FAB he can now discuss and share his thoughts more frequently now but I don’t hold my breath for it to happen. Funny how he mentioned this journalist Tom Winnifrith yesterday maybe he was trying to guide us to research what he thinks of TB.

Same as always have a good week everybody, whilst we endure more silence from the company we partly own.

We all believe in the underlying business and bang on about it. The only person who doesn’t is TB the CEO of the company. Tell him to be more positive and promote the company then maybe the company will be at a correct market valuation.

TB needs to promote the company not us. Please pass that onto him.

If you go onto company houses website and look for Trevor (Edward) Brown born June 1946 you can see quite a few entries. Maybe panman is correct? The number of historical resignations and dissolved companies etc could be classed as quite worrying.

Maybe TB wants to show everybody how successful he can be as a CEO but then why sell his shares in IQAI? Is that why he will not do interviews in case he gets asked about any of his previous companies?

TB please show how successful a CEO you are/could be and show the long term shareholders you can add value to a company. Let IQAI be your legacy. As trek says it has the prospect of being a moonshot company but you must lead us to this landing. It needs to be a team effort and involve all shareholders and start publicising what the company has achieved and is on target to achieve going forward.

So much for me saying rants over for the week, I will try not to post on Sunday apart from this one

A drop from 140p to 4p

If I remember correctly that 140 was when the pandemic boosted one of their products. But again it shows how TB has faired as a CEO. Maybe the shareholders of Braveheart also need to start thinking about what does TB do for his money apart from decreasing the sp. If TB does read this board as trek alluded to then maybe he could start to think about how successful he is as a CEO when all his companies if their sp’s have dropped. Not a very good look I would say.

As CEO you will still be judged by the share price in 11 months and at the moment the judgement isn’t very positive. Not a good legacy I would say. How bout please earning your money and concentrate on increasing shareholder value (all shareholders not just a select few). A few interviews promoting the company would be a good start.

Braveheart has quite a few things that could do well but surprise surprise you have to wait and see what happens. There share price has dropped significantly over the last twelve months as well. Maybe TB isn’t as good as he thinks he is if all his companies Sp’s have dropped. He isn’t exactly showing himself as as a CEO who creates value for shareholders is he? It is funny semantic keeps mentioning TBs age maybe it is one of his children behind the account. Anyway who knows let’s wait for MS to do the shareholder letter, it is due asap. Any good news and historically the sp will drop!

Well that doesn’t seem to ring true now does it?

Come on Semantic it is in a RNS, so how can TB and FAB sell their shares in one tranche. Who approached whom etc? Which regulators you quote would have approved this, did they mysteriously come to the same decision at the same time.

Thank you for your reply. What you say may well be true. But if there is now a another placing and further dilution of our shareholding you can see how shareholder would feel especially if FAB were to benefit as TB must have discussed with them even though he is supposed to have nothing to do with FAB.

So why did he speak to them but not all shareholders?

If the share price tumbles in the near term can you see how that appears as market abuse, even though it may not be. Lack of communication between the board and private investors is causing all this mistrust. That could be solved easily by TB actually giving interviews and sharing pertinent information. Treat all shareholders the same not just prioritise a select few.

The board especially Mr Brown ate the only ones who can stop this mistrust, he has the power but seems unwilling to do so. It is up to him not us. The ball is in his court.

We have no power can he use it in a positive manner especially as he remains as CEO even though through his manipulations he only actually owns 7-8% approximately of the company himself.

Totally agree. But if TB does that and it dilutes the share price then I think he and FAB have definitely got a case to answer regard their trading.

What would be better is if somebody bought shares in IQAI and Braveheart and blocks everything he does. Why are we paying TB to be our CEO when he is not looking after our company valuation. I say our because he currently has no shares in his own name. Again why do we have a CEO who just destroys a company he doesn’t have any shares in his own name. Could we call an EGM and ask for a new CEO?

The important bit I think is I still don’t understand how the 65m shares could be bought in 1 transaction if he says FAB was nothing to do with him. Does TB negotiating with FAB without telling other shareholders break some rules of governance.

How can he sell shares that don’t belong to him or how were Braveheart negotiating with two separate parties at the same time? Did TB tell FAB what was happening but not other shareholders so FAB could sell at the same time. Isn’t that classed as FAB having information no other shareholders had. They are not directors so how did they know to sell unless they were given dare I say it “inside” information, I don’t know the legalities of this but it seems wrong. Bertie you have been digging what are your thoughts please. What would the FCA say about that trade? Do we have reason to report that trade?

If there is a placing in the near future that could reduce the sp then why should FAB be told but not all other shareholders. If and if a placing does go ahead as we now fear then it must be above 1.1p or FABs trade should be investigated. TB’s trade is fine but not FABs especially as treated as one trade.

Come on Semantic, please tell us how this benefits anybody except TB and family. You say you work weekends so please enlighten us on the recent happenings.

Or have you gone quiet now as TB is manipulating is holdings in this share and not even you can justify it?

You speak to Trevor so why is he fleecing the shareholders again?

As least we now know why TB made that comment to judge him in 2 years. He has jumped ship and hopefully it will cost him a lot more to get back on board.

TB could be buying any shares available to increase his holding. He could be looking for up to 40 million. Let him pay a proper price for them.

This is everybody’s chance to make TB pay more, let’s not waste it.

So TB and FAB own 25% of braveheart, so in effect 7.5% of IQAI. So now TB can buy another 20% of IQAI without going over the 30%.

Is TB tightening his grip on the company for when we get the massive sp increase?

That could mean TB and Braveheart could own nearly 50% of the company, taking it private?
