I hope they don’t go down the equity route and offer a discounted price at say 0.5p per share! I would suggest that we ask for a premium not a discount. I think it should be closer to 50p a share.

I can’t see TB wanting to give away shares at a discount. This is his chance to make the deal of a lifetime to set himself and his family up for many years to come.

TB will have a valuation in mind and has shown he is resolute enough to stick to it as has happened with Stonechecker.

What we all can struggle with at times, especially myself, is patience and look to find things in situations that probably aren’t there.

Nothing has changed from the excellent RNS’s apart from we are no longer “flavour of the day” with those who trade and want to make a quick profit. So the share increase has stagnated after a small rise. This is good as normally this would have fallen back to its starting position or below. So that should be taken as another positive.

I would imagine the vast majority of us who post on here are long term holders who see the tremendous potential of this company for both patients and our own wallets.

Again I can see no negatives with this company at the current moment in time. We are all just waiting for that transformative RNS. I believe it will come and soon hopefully. However, in the meantime have a great weekend everybody.

It is 3 weeks since we were informed they were talking to prospective partners for IB003. So assuming they had been talking for over a week that is now at least one month of talking. Realistically how long do we expect these discussions to last before we get an update?

They also said that they were hoping to arrange a meeting with the fda this quarter to discuss phase 2. So wouldn’t it be wise for the partnerships to be finalised before that fda meeting?

Could we all get the early Christmas present we are hoping for? Or do we find out the partners are BRH and TB?

Semantic has been very quiet recently, is there a link to that talks are happening?

People are taking their 20-30% profit. They are not interested in the company it is just simple transactions for them. Those who have studied the company know 1.5p per share is minuscule to what it could be valued at or indeed what it should be valued at for the imaging side alone.

What we want is a partnership with a drug company similar to modifi bioscience announced recently.

A structured set of payments so TB can issue special dividends which we know he is fond of.

Upto 50p a share (just chose that because somebody said that figure last week) to buy IB and the rights to IB003

Another decent payment when or if it is FDA approved

Then a set payment per year for the period of exclusivity based on sales.

If we gain FDA approval we have two vouchers which would more than cover the initial payment and subsequent one. Then we just get a small share of the massive income. If you think of the tax breaks from all our designations a big pharma would be getting us for next to nothing and the vouchers etc would pay for the rest.

All we need to find if a suitable partner willing to take a punt on IB003 succeeding. It could be worth billions to them.

Just my thoughts/hopes

In the mean time we could keep falling back to 1p

Can we get 5 consecutive days of a 20% increase?

If that unlikely scenario happened we would be about the 4p mark.

Is it possible - yes but would still below the 5p we achieved in the last 12 months.

Come on Mike we need another unexpected RNS to keep the upward trend going.

I get the feeling Dr M isn’t motivated by money, more wants to help people. I would not be surprised if as part of him joining that we offer a discount to patients, maybe those without insurance. Just a thought, I could be talking rubbish again but trying to work out why he has joined. Great appointment but strange from his perspective.

Hopefully some of the old regulars return and benefit from the rise as well. But then again they may fear another shenanigans drop. Let’s hope Dr Musella’s appointment has stopped all of that and we only go in one direction from now on.

We have patiently waited for, hopefully, this moment. Can we get more than a 1p rise in a day.? That would be a great confidence boost.

The talk of 15p/26p we need to remember we had a lot less shares in circulation then. However, we now have distribution deals with GEHC and Bayer. Then you have to factor in IB003. Plus I would say the potential biggest plus point is having Dr Musella on board. He sounds like just the sort to get what he wants regardless of any of TB’s wheeling and dealing. I am sure he would have wanted some sort of guarantees before he agreed to the role.

I can’t see any negatives at all with this company at the moment.

I wonder how many of the existing GEHC MRI machines will now start to use IB technology or will it be more new machines? The new pricing structure could mean if it is used by all their machines a very significant increase in revenue compared to the pay as you use methodology previously and all the issues with the code. Maybe this is why we have not reapplied for own own discreet code?

The one thing people on this board do is deep research.

I respect your opinion but I think a lot of people will have widely differing views on TB to yourself.

The phrase shenanigans is widely used on this board so please excuse my and possibly other people’s scepticism when somebody new extols the virtue of trusting TB and saying we should do our research. Trust me we have.

We now have a person who can publicise the company to the right people. It seems he has been steering Mike and the team for a while now so I guess this is just formalising that work. He also wants things done asap.

So long as we don’t get any shenanigans in the back ground this is only going one way. Up and up.

The best tech, promising IB003 and somebody who wants this to become the standard of care in the USA.

Welcome Al, you seem a great advocate for the company and also want to help all the patients you possibly can. Long may the partnership continue.

Hopefully we can/will be able to make a contribution to your foundation when all IB’s work finally pays off with regards the share price.

I would hope it goes way past 2p after phase 2 partner announced. 5p last year and look at all we have achieved since.

2p would still be less than £5m mcap. Sales increasing, IB003 progressing nicely even 10p a share would only be £22m mcap. Even a sniff of the drug trial being a success means we are liable for 2 x $100m vouchers.

Hopefully we start seeing a more realistic valuation soon.

Still way below the 5p of the start of this year.

The only thing we know is good news does not lead to an increase in the sp. It does give people the chance to buy this extremely cheaply if they believe in the tech and if there is even a slightest chance IB003 does what we hope it does.

Next significant news should be end of phase 1 and the subsequent report and hopefully details of any partners. Thinking about it the Musella foundation I would imagine don’t have the funds to fund phase 2 fully and would they even risk such a large amount on just one trial? $100k I think was their last donation, I could be wrong. We need somebody with big deep pockets who can get this through phase 2 asap.

I hope so, hopefully Dr Musella has been given some sorts of guarantees by TB. If we think of all the contacts he must have and all the doors he can open for us I think it is a massive positive also quite a risk for Dr Musella so he must be quite excited about what he has seen.

With regards today’s RNS another great boost in how our technology is viewed by the big boys. I just wonder if this will be hindered by the lack of a discreet insurance code. Hopefully GEHC have sorted this.

I wonder if we will get any more RNS’s in the next month? Details on the possible partners would be good. I know a few years ago somebody mentioned the likes of the Gates foundation for possible funding. Somebody like that would be another great coup. We just don’t want it to be TB et al. Semantic suggested this wasn’t the case and he is the best link we have to the company.

So let’s just wait and see what happens. We all hoped this year was going to be exciting unfortunately that didn’t happen in the manner we had hoped. Let’s hope 2025 does actually become our year.
