I think TB’s recent buys means news of a deal, if indeed there is one, will not be imminent. A few thousand pounds of trades will not affect his end game in my opinion. He wouldn’t want to cause issues with his deal of a lifetime by doing anything suspicious in my opinion.

Let’s see what happens.

The more you read, hear, see about IB and the team the more you will realise the mcap does not represent anywhere near the potential of this company. Or indeed where it is now. Everything they do, they achieve, their actions speak far louder than their words or lack of. In my opinion this should be well over £10m just for the imaging side alone.

TB - this is his chance to show he can pull off a great deal not a few millions but tens of millions if not more. We know he wants to maximise his profits. So long as he doesn’t do anything stupid to try and cut us long term holders out of the deal I don’t mind his BRH wheelin’ dealin’. He has supported this company long enough because he knows what the potential is. Can he deliver it? This is his big chance to make his name, for positive reasons.

The more this gets in the spotlight the less I can see shenanigans happening again especially with AM on the board. He will not want his reputation tainted.

We are awaiting confirmation that phase 1 of the drug trial has concluded.

Have we had the meeting with the FDA about planning for phase 2

The clinical trial website is still showing recruiting for phase 1. A bit strange that MS hasn’t updated this but MCW has.

Not like Mike, is he doing busy sorting something else and not had the time yet. Maybe another company signed up with Prism?

Best case scenario is we have sold the rights to the partnership and the FDA/trial website haven’t been given the new sponsor names yet but obviously KS/MCW know that has happened and altered their website first.

Looking at IB’s two areas of focus the imaging and the drug trial. It would seem more logical to sell the imaging side to pay for the trial but where would that leave MS? What about if we sold the rights to the drug trial and kept the imaging side. The drug side could still use our technology and MS still oversees the imaging side. We get income from GEHC and Bayer tie ups, maybe buy Prism and continue developing Nimble and zero. That way TB would be able to issue a large dividend, which we know he likes doing, and we get continuing revenue without the risk of the drug trial failing.

What we need is a bidding war between GEHC and Bayer for our imaging technology. That would make for a good weekend.

Is it possible? Both have shown they are willing to make purchases in this field so why not get go for best technology out there. Come on TB what price would you sell at?

Strangely we still haven’t heard from semantic recently even though we have had this flurry of activity. It would be good to hear his view.

Totally agree, never known a day like today for comments. We just need to see if these new investors stick around then you never know even TB might do an interview, or is that too much to ask? I could see AM doing promotion and mentioning AI and our company’s imaging to raise awareness of what it can do for mapping GBMs.

There are actually 2 businesses

The IB imaging side etc which uses the machine learning etc. that’s what people seem to be buying into at the moment

Then the drug trial which could be massive. The FDA seems to really like the trial and are awarding it all these designations. There are 2 possible priority review vouchers the company could get with FDA approval. These can be sold to other companies and the going figure seems to be $100m + per voucher. Obviously we need FDA approval first and that’s a few years down the line but if the company did get that then that’s $200m possibly straight away.

So the question is would they sell one part or both?

We honestly don’t know. There has been a lot of what we call shenanigans over the past year or so. The sp did reach 5p but then TB (the ceo) and FAB (his family investment company) started “messing” with their holdings.

Another thing people might not be aware of his how well respected Dr Al Musella our newly appointed director is. In most people’s eyes this hopefully means the shenanigans have now ceased.

Everybody has to make up their own minds but us who have been here for several years and stuck with it are hoping for a big return as most of us paid over 3p per share. The often used phrase “In IB we trust” shows how much we respect Mike (MS) and his team.

Phase 1 trial is just being completed and then a meeting with the FDA for phase 2. We are also in discussions with possible partners.

We have fast track, orphan drug designation, EAP, paediatric rare drug designation, you name it this team have achieved it. Plus the latest patent for GaM and drug treatment.

The more you look the more you will see how undervalued this company is

It’s great to see all new posters on here talking about the AI. I hope they research that the big money spinner could be the gallium Maltolate (IB003). That could make the AI look minuscule. We just need an update from Mike to say if we have partnered with anybody “big” for phase 2.

The questions to ask RKB is why hasn’t FG won a Nobel prize yet and does he hold his nearly 3% share in this company?

We seem to be gaining a bit of upward momentum. A drop yesterday which was probably the 500k sale from this morning working its way through and a few traders taking their 10% profits. However overall we seem to be steadily increasing.

It was only a few weeks ago when we dropped below the nominal value of 1p. We just need somethings to keep the momentum going. TB/MS what have you got lined up news wise to keep this trend going? FDA meeting for phase 2? New partners? GEHC want our imaging side?

2025 the year we have all been waiting for, fingers crossed.
