We never get straight answers and we always get left not knowing for sure what is happening eg PRD voucher, phase 2 partners, sales revenue, who bought the placing shares etc.

The only positive is if BRH bought more shares then they obviously know there is going to be a profit made somewhere down the line. The question is how long do we have to wait before all ours losses are turned into a profit (we hope)?

Let’s see what the annual results tell us. Hopefully in April

Sorry to bother you again but I know you don’t rest at the weekend. How do we know who bought the placing shares? You say old and new customers but how do you know that and how did they know about the placing before the RNS? Whom told them about the placing, I assume you know from your earlier post? If it was only offered to a select few, who chose them? Sorry this just having a select few is what makes shareholders like myself so frustrated and worry about the future. Honest communication for everybody or it does appear just a few are given the information and that begs the question why? What do they know or whom do they know that we don’t?

How did existing shareholders buy the placing shares if we didn’t know anything about it until we got the RNS. Who are these old and new shareholders and how were they selected?

Semantic we never get update about the value of sales, the prospective partner etc. The RNS’s very rarely contain anything with a value or revenue stated. We all know the great work IB do but why does TB etc promote it. It is like they don’t want it publicised for whatever reason. Hence the distrust. TB needs to be more visible and vocal in my opinion.

Why did you think the “market” appears to have such a low opinion or even mistrust of the company? More importantly why do you think the board is doing nothing to rectify that and actually promote all the good work IB have being doing? Surely any worthwhile board would be doing this?

This is what’s causing mistrust from private shareholders, a total lack of apparent work from the board to promote the company. Hence people’s negative comments on here. The board needs to be seen to be doing something rather than being perceived to be causing shenanigans and shareholders seeing the sp (and their money) dropping.

Onceaday I did think that but I hoped it was a new update.

The sp at the moment is silly and bears no relation to the work done by IB or the possibilities with regards the clinical trial. We don’t know the reason for the sales today but if I had the money I would be tempted to buy some more.

A bit strange the clinical trial webpage has not updated yet. Did the update not pass quality control or DOGE slowing everything down maybe?

Just seen the website has been updated. Obviously the Schmainda’s didn’t buy any extra shares. KS’s holding dropped by 0.5%. You do all the hard work and your holding drops, seems a bit of a kick in the teeth to me.

This share doesn’t follow the norm. A lot of animosity towards the board, mistrust with the broker. We know it is worth far more than its mcap. That does not appear to bother the board. The only way the board will make the big money is if one or both parts of IB are sold and hopefully we will benefit from that as well. We just need the nerve to hold but the shenanigans make people a bit wary and rightly so.

If the RNS is to believed then hopefully we should get a clinical trial site update on MCW being accepted as a site for the EAP soon. Let’s see if we do. We could be waiting until the end of April for the next RNS with the annual results. Hopefully there will be some good news and it’s been worth the wait.

I don’t think many people could have predicted we would have dropped like this at the start of the week. Good news sp drops, bad news sp drops.

Come on TB give us some good news that can make a difference. We have waited and waited but every time we see light at the end of the tunnel we go straight into a bigger tunnel.

I honestly wonder if MS and AM are actually aware of what is happening with the sp drops? Are they in a bubble doing so much research etc they don’t see how shareholders feel or do they not actually care?

We keep saying in IB we trust but MS is a director and KS a major shareholder. What are their true feelings for the whole situation. All they achieve being ridiculed by shenanigans again and again. Plus KS’s holding continuously dropping in value. They must see that.

World leading technology and a drug trial that seems to be able to help thousands of GBM sufferers and we can not get other companies invested, why? Or do we not accept their offers due to the poor valuations based on our current sp? We seem not to being told about how talks are going with potential partners. Are they still ongoing, have they stopped etc.

To me none of this adds up. Why the poor communications and lack of a visible CEO. This is what is causing the mistrust. It seems like a definite plan but why? What is the final outcome. Maybe keep away bigger companies until phase 2 is well progressed and then sell for a far higher value?

How many people have actually expressed their thoughts and frustrations with TB personally or MS? I think more people who do the better the same. We need to show how we feel not only on here but more to the board. Yes I have written to them but we need more of a united front otherwise we can just keep being ignored.

Can people remember the crystal equity research updates the company use to do?

They seemed to have disappeared from the IQAI website. I wonder why? Could it have been the because back in 2022 the 12 month target price was 6.5p?

All that research seems to have gone (or I just can’t find it)

That date would fit in with TB’s let me be judged in 3 years.

So TB if the target was 6.5p 3 years ago why are we less than 1p now? Could you please explain that to the shareholders.

Have you asked him for his thoughts? I would love to hear his response. I would guess it will be something like the market has decided that this is the company’s value.

Which directors are up for reappointment this year? Maybe a protest vote again or can we vote against Peterhouse as brokers?

Will TB try to hide when the agm is like he did last year?

What does TB do to justify his salary? He doesn’t promote the company or deal with shareholders. He will probably do a few zoom meetings from his home but what else is he getting paid for?

If he had forgone his last two years salary we would not have needed a placing today. Come on TB let us know what you do other than reduce the value of the company for other shareholders.

Cue semantic defending the indefensible.

New shareholders we did say this sort of thing happens regularly, sorry it just keeps happening and the board don’t tell us anything.

What’s the odds over the next couple of weeks we get a few positive RNSs but the share price will only just creep up to 1.3p. TB needs to get this company promoted that’s what we pay him for.

Don’t worry TB’s alter ego semantic will be along soon stating this is all the company is worth as dictated by the current share price and we should expect to wait years to see any significant rise.

BB it might be time to send that email reply from TB back to him and say does he still expected to be judged by his actions this year. It would be interesting to hear his reply if he could actually be bothered to reply.
