How would you envisage an acquisitive predator valuing this company? We have discussed before the usual metrics but as we all hope they don’t really apply here. How would you or TB currently value the company? You mentioned this week the 10 year jumps in share prices for certain companies. If we are to gauge ourselves against those I would say we are more like nvidia. Flying under the radar except to gamers etc and similarly for ourselves. We are 3 years into the ten years already.
So would they try to pick us up for £4m or more like £40m? No way I could see us being sold for current mcap and TB don’t sell at 20p previously. So what would the board accept? We have no idea, do they or are we talking so far in the future and what with the prospects of GaM nobody can put a figure on it. Would nvidia have thought they would be priced at what the are now? We could be talking tens of millions, hundred of millions, possibly billions if GaM becomes the default drug in cancer treatment. Just as nvidia is now the go to for AI chips instead of the gaming processors.
All us long term holders have a figure we think is the minimum we would accept and I would imagine they all vary dramatically.
I am all for the discussions on this board and am incredibly grateful to those who do research and post it here (Max and Shrek etc). However as I posted previously I believe we need more official communication from TB and actually see him promoting our products. Hence my joke about Pamplona. That would go a long way to build investor relationships. We still have a fear he could do something to leave us all with next to nothing. We just need reassurances. Let’s try and build a few bridges between the board and investor. We all want the same thing but the lack of trust will continue without better communication.
Anyway my ramblings as normal
Have a good weekend everybody. Take care in the storms.
Thanks
