Unfortunately until we get the annual report and possible update we are just fluctuating at these low prices.

We need to know the revenue from our partnerships and does anybody want to partner with us for phase 2.

It would be helpful if we knew when the annual report is due, this month, next month, whenever TB feels like it.

I see semantic has gone quiet again. He doesn’t like answering and direct questions. If he is part of the company can he not speak during the closed period?

It should already be in the double digits with the imaging technology alone. Factor in phase 2 drug trial and it should be nowhere near the current sp.

No that is the phase 1 drug trial for glioblastoma. If that comes to fruition then I think most of us on here can retire

Unfortunately we were expecting it to be resubmitted quite a while ago. I get the feeling Mike and the team are over stretched. Trial, nimble, partnerships etc and maybe zero has been push back as it wasn’t a priority.

An update on where we stand with FDA approval on IB Zero would be useful. Hopefully it will be mentioned when the publish the accounts, this month?

Not good news that the conversion price has dropped but if we look at it this way having a company operating at all is far better than what we were heading for. Can the new people now turn it around? It would have been a bit of a kick in the teeth if the world is crying out for graphite and this company went bust.

We have IB Zero which is Gadolinium free so it may help IB if FDA fully approve the technology I believe plus ASL may get more noticed

We are awaiting the final report for phase 1. What we need to know is have they partnered with anybody for phase 2. Discussions with prospective partners started last year but the company have gone silent on how they have progressed. Unfortunately we keep getting what seems is lots of backing from the fda but it doesn’t act as a catalyst to increase the sp. Partners or a takeover appears to be the only things that will initiate a significant and sustained increase in the sp.

With regards IB and IQAI financials.

As IB is the only part of IQAI that generates income I would say that the figures quoted by IQAI are the actual figures for IB

The clinical trial keeps progressing and it appears to have FDA support via all its achievements. Orphan dug designation, rare paediatric drug, fast track status etc

I hate to say it but that is what semantic keeps saying. A big drop after a few sells.

If we assume and it’s a big assumption that TB is not manipulating the sp then this has to be a bit of a bargain at the moment. Hopefully the revenues have increased if not last year then over the last few months due to all the partnerships. It will be interesting to see the results. I assume we are in a closed period at the moment so no comments from TB or MS.

The technology behind IBs imaging has not changed so no actual reason for the sp to drop this low except the mistrust in TB. That’s something only TB can change but on past history he probably doesn’t care and is just looking for the big pay day in the years to come. Hopefully the private investors will share in the increase when it hopefully occurs.

Do you envisage that TB or indeed BRH are likely to takeover the company cheaply and leave the longstanding shareholders with substantial losses?

Are the shareholders right to be thinking that is what TB is aiming to do?

An all time low, ouch, let’s see what the BODs say about that. Plus more importantly how they intend to rectify matters. How can they justify this happening whilst they have been running the company?

At a guess it will be head in the sand and they will not care.

What price did TB sell at? Is he trying to orchestrate a cheap takeover?
