1) These are NOT boohoo's employees.
2) Its a well known fact that Pakistan are the world leaders in workers rights (i think not). Perhaps you need to step down from your ivory tower lezzils and get out more. Here is a snippet from the pakistani tribune:
"However, the boards at provincial levels remained inactive as governments announced the wage without doing any homework.
Secondly, the implementation of the announced minimum wage at the factory level is a tough job. A recent survey of garment factories revealed that 85% of workers, who were skilled, were paid much lower than the minimum wage.
Male workers were being paid Rs10,000-11,000 per month while female workers were given only Rs6,500-7,000, he said."
6500 Pakistani rupees is about £30, or £1 per day. 27p per hour for an 8 hour shift per day is not exactly unheard of in Pakistan. In fact it is very much the norm and actually better than what the Pakistani tribune suggests for female workers!
