The HL form states you are voting on the distribution of the Zinnwald shares. It does not state anything about voting for/against the takeover. I am happy to vote FOR the distribution IF the takeover goes through but I do not want to vote FOR the takeover.

I would imagine your broker will use the share price on the day of transfer as your buy price for the new shares and recalculate your average price.

There will be a demand for locally produced Lithium and the fact that its net energy requirement is negative makes it a sound proposition. The site is close to what was the richest square mile in the world for its tin and copper mining. No reason it shouldn't peak again.
No need to divert profits, I'm invested in both Cornish Lithium and EMH. Not to mention Cornish Metals who are revitalising the local tin mining.

I would think EMH is of interest to ZNWD investors. After all it is the same Lithium deposit they're bot mining, just from different countries.
As a holder in both I'd like to see some collaboration. Maybe a combined processing plant as they are only a few miles from each other.

I was going to buy yesterday morning, he posted the video on Wednesday evening and the price spiked 30% on opening. Buggered up my plans.

Found out today that the vast majority of the lithium deposit, which Deutsche Lithium has the German rights to, is actually over the border in the Czech Republic.

My ZNWD shares appeared in my HL ISA. I have already requested a certificate for the EGR shares as I don't want to have to open another account just to hold these shares.

I have just emailed them to ask if I will be able to replace the value of the EGR shares in my ISA as I have been forced to remove that part of investments. The are in this year's ISA so it should be possible.

It strikes me that with the current low market cap. of ZNWD, it would be a good time to approach the administrators to purchase the other half of Deutsche Lithium.
