It looks as if Mithaq's 22% holding and Tosca's 13.7% holding, in Tremor, are held as ADS's.
I am not sure if they hold anything on AIM.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

Mithaq Capital SPC spent, in total, 124,139,949 (GBP) of its own investment capital to purchase the Shares it now holds in Tremor.
Mithaq state that they do not currently intend to buy more than 25%.

Insourcing/Outsourcing:

To put it simply, in the context of healthcare, for those like stt1 who are clueless,
outsourcing uses the developed workforce of a third-party organisation to perform a clinic at an alternative premise to the NHS trust.

In contrast, insourcing is when a third-party organisation brings their workforce into a hospital to work within the same physical location.

As we know, markets run up and down as a result of many factors.
It is obviously hard for TLY to show it is helping the NHS waiting lists in the current corona-related backlog.
Corona is now returning with a vengeance for sure.
There is ample opportunity for TLY.

stt1 says they are not covid-dependent.
But surely TLY are not just sitting on the fence and boasting about recurring revenues and dividend, saying 'everyone needs healthcare, covid or not'?

On 6th July 2021 it was stated that Planned Care revenues reduced by £3.2 million directly as a result of the reduction in face to face consultations.
Urgent Care and In-sourcing made some progress, resulting in 0.1 million profits.
Have there been material changes since then?

But the markets don't seem very impressed.

The earth is on an elliptical orbit (around the sun) and in summer it actually farther away from the sun.
But it is tilted towards the sun, on its axis of rotation.
In winter the earth is nearer to the sun, but is tilted away.

That is the general picture but polar jet-streams can disrupt the expected patterns by playing havoc with the weather.

Yep, I have quoted The Kings Fund comments previously.
They opine that the provider of a service is less important than the quality and efficiency of the care they deliver.
That seems axiomatic.
The NHS can also benefit from partnerships and joint ventures with the private sector to deliver some clinical and non-clinical services.
Again self-evident, except to those who believe the NHS is being privatized by companies seeking to profit from tax-payer's money.
However, this has nothing to do with profitability.
Contracts can be awarded by the NHS to the best people in the world, privately, but that alone does not mean good profits will be made.

You believe that THC has totally free access to tax-payer-funded NHS facilities (Theatres and equipment)
Plus surgeons, nurses, anesthetists and can make lots of easy money by offering them higher rates of pay?

We know what THC are about, but how can waiting lists be improved by outsourcing of NHS resources?
Surely the NHS can offer what THC are attempting?
Unless of course the pay is better under THC.
In any case the lion's share of the operation is the hire of the operating theatre and equipment, which goes back to the NHS anyway.
The actual fees of the surgeons. etcetera are quite small in comparison.
Perhaps that is why THC have to do an awful lot of work to make money.
And still the lists of waiting times are huge.

Wendy Lawrence explained that Totally Healthcare was launched (in October 2019) specifically to address the issue of reducing waiting lists in trusts and hospitals across the UK and Ireland “by utilising their spare capacity outside of normal working hours and weekends.”
To be fair Totally were not in business very long before Corona came along.
Now the waiting lists are the highest in history of the NHS.

Totally are allegedly trying to profit from urgent healthcare support.
If you have a cancer diagnosed there is a waiting list before you are assessed/treated.
Do 'Totally' manage to reduce the time you wait before you are seen by a consultant?
I see no evidence of this.

The experiment in market driven healthcare has failed.
Private companies will only take on NHS bottlenecks if it is in their financial and business interest to do so.
That is the nature of the (private health care) beast.

The pandemic has exposed the full extent of this failure and shown the need for urgent state intervention to take back control from those market actors whose primary interests lie in the bottom line.
Putting their financial interests first means private companies like TLY have chosen to undertake routine, non-urgent assistance, whilst patients with serious cancer issues are avoided as the profit-line is too low.

Any healthcare system which is designed around the principles of consumer choice and competition, and which seeks to eliminate all vestiges of ‘waste’ and inefficiency through using market forces, is fundamentally ill-suited to dealing with a sustained public health emergency. For not only is such a system designed to get rid of excess hospital capacity – which is now so badly needed to deal with the latest wave of the pandemic – but it also surrenders the control and co-ordination of state healthcare resources to the market.
Crucially, such a system also hands over control to private companies who, while outwardly promoting the values of the NHS, are legally constituted to pursue their own financial interests above all else, even during a national disaster.

Enjoy your dividends and share price growth at the expense of patient's needs.

In some sense (whether you like it or not) it is both about the past and also the present because the now NHS has the greatest waiting list in it's entire history.
Clearly TLY are hoping to help.
Hoping to profit.
Yet the current profits are miniscule.
Read the accounts.
Why is that exactly?
