Well done! I prefer to hedge on IG and tend to buy and hold shares, did ok shorting some of the supermarkets. MKS is an obvious one every year! Anyways looking at the BTC chart through my rose tinted glasses the Elliot Wave looks to be playing out to perfection, just fast forward from sept 2017 is that we’re we are now on the cycle and does the next leg up coincide with halving. Just a though as no one really knows but any momentum will imo be self fulfilling.

42trader at 10:30, I totally agree with your post that’s why I am short here. What the pundits have also missed in their analysis is the cost of 2nd class stamps. The stamps in many cases cost more than the cards! Anyone notice how few cards they had this year compared to last? Sure they are keeping with the times with ‘my brother and his partner cards’ and all the other permutations but folk are in general just doing hand delivery or e-cards. Card is one of the lower cost factories with a great choice but the ‘fax machine’ seems to have had its day which means all the other over the counter trinkets sit idle as well.

Directa Plus PLC (LON:DCTA) is to trial its graphene-enhanced asphalt Gipave at Rome’s Fiumicino airport.

Gipave will be tested for six months on the airport’s Alpha Alpha taxiway, which handles intercontinental aircraft such as Boeing 777s and Airbus A380s.

The trial is in collaboration with G.ECO, owned by Italy's largest multi-utility company Gruppo A2A, and the University of Milan-Bicocca.

Gipave is currently being tested in Britain on an A-road in Oxfordshire with the co-operation of Oxfordshire County Council and Skanska.

Giulio Cesareo, Directa’s chief executive, said: "The Gipave trial at Fiumicino airport potentially opens a large new market for us.

"Taxiways are high traffic, high-stress areas and we hope to demonstrate that the use of a graphene-based additive will improve performance, life and sustainability."

Only a 6 month trial, I guess that’s due to the traffic volumes and stresses on ‘alpha alpha’. Mr Market is defo fast asleep with this one. Imagine if it leads to other significant orders? I use(d) lending crowd, platform is excellent customer service is brill. No complaints BUT be aware I have been since October trying to sell some loans. 80% sold ok in a month 10% took longer and 5% still waiting. Also have a small number of defaults which obviously one can’t sell. Had my book for about 18months. Wouldn’t do it again but like I say lending crowd were good I just didn’t appreciate the liquidity issues.

Imo I expect it to smash 8 soon. The price has thus far been controlled by the whales but the buying pressure following the geopolitics changes everything. Many of those that just trade will probably flip to long now, the whales will probably do the same trying to time the overshoot and we have halving. It also looks like Trump will soon have his excuse to have a pop at the Iranian nuclear facilities. Praying for diplomacy and peace.

It may be that PSS is sitting back, my comms with the co stated “he likes us” well obviously he does with such a significant position but he may be a pragmatic and an empowerment sort of chap happy to watch from the sidelines and as long as things are progressing why restrict innovation. Steer don’t interfere. My own personal style, but hey that’s a way back now.

Re pps 2. Swapped an ECO for a TXP. Bow to your better judgement in timing though.

Still, all insignificant compared to health and happiness which I wish for all in abundance.

I agree with this outlook but it is sad to think of benefiting from such unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances. I guess it's pretty obvious really that many would even favour BTC over gold due to the liquidity and mobility. Some of the wealthy in troubled areas of the world whose currencies could collapse and want to protect that wealth or transfer to USD may now be looking at crypto as a means to achieve that. Still I guess if it wasn't crypto it would be something else and if we make money here from that then many PI's will do good with some of the profits, probably more so than some of the suites or institutions that just fuel profit for profit sake. Anyways a reflective Trek off to do a little bit of charity today. Peace to all.

Hi IJT,
My point is we all know pre-drill intentions and post drill results seldom meet but don’t spin it to be EXACTLY what we were looking for when clearly that was not the ops brief. Some posters here will only look through rose tinted glasses, others will ramp or deramp and you’ll get a mix of the lot. FWIW my opinion is that whilst the assets will eventually be proved the BoD here are not doing themselves any favours with the spin and rhetoric and need to quickly regain market credibility else they are just going to fuel speculation and volatility, something no one wants. ECO are approaching a transformational phase and Imo Gil needs to get a handle on this now so when more significant news is released it can be trusted and shareholders have not got in the back of their minds that it could be another oil/water (DES) or light/heavy oil fiasco. The jury is still out. My apologies if my view sounds ‘idiotic’.

Really? I mean you couldn’t make it up how a Bod’s previously perceived good behaviours and integrity can so quickly be seduced and succumb to spin. Such is the minefield PI’s have to navigate on AIM. Looks like another year of highs and lows but hopefully more surprises than disappointments.
