FWIW the negative value before the trade can mean said trade was placed then cancelled. I know this from placing orders and then cancelling them so buy 1346 shares change mind it shows at -1346. I noticed this from trading with odd numbers.

Re the issuance if shares, as said below it is correct a co can issue shares if it is in the article’s of association. A simple example is a scrip dividend. Some companies issue new shares as alternative to cash. They may or may not use treasury stock and they may or may not have buy back plans in place but they have shareholder agreement to issue new shares.

I haven’t read through SAVP’s AoA as loosing the will here but whenever a co proposes a change to AoA at an AGM/EGM I always read up on it coz it’s a change to the status quo.

Hi Scottman, your 2 factorial calculation holds true if the blockchain volume also grows, which depends on adoption of BTC which is why such announcements from the likes of Fidelity are important. I note the spikes on the Mempool to 15m in January which is very good fishing indeed! Not long now before the market notices that we have created over our MCAP in capex and not long before we again have our mcap in coin. Question is what the fk do you do with all that money!

Mmm, been mulling that one and I agree a share buy back will restrict liquidity so once capex is optimal I think we should start to buy our own shares but put them in treasury, then pay a dividend on those outside. This means we can make the most of the low sp and sell blocks to ii’s hopefully at a higher price as they wake up which in turn gives us more cash to pay a dividend or buy machines.

$9k looks to be holding for now but it’s not even the start! Ching!

Thanks for posting, good interview with the analyst even if he got the mcap wrong. I didn’t know we had Qatar eSports World Cup planned, they could have tagged that to the epl rns, finals this March in the gfinity arena, assuming they have some money left if the market is to be believed! Just for info I note how my small top up moved the sp up quite a bit on google. I always look at the google price when trading to compare with broker. Bodes well imo

It won’t be 20%, even though it’s only £2m they’d have tested the market before launch. It would be remiss to launch an offer blind given that they want the PR as much as the money. Imo it will be oversubscribed like many other aim raises, I mean can you see them saying after all these years the MF was a flop and we can’t drill. It’s just electioneering but the rest of the news flow depends on it.

Expect to see the trading volume rise here ahead of the announcement. Almost (if there is such a thing) a nailed on 10% profit just trading the MF RNS but the real news will arrive after.

I posted calculations based on last results and forecasts. It does work out to evens as long as they maintain growth trajectory and cost stay about the same which they should as capex side has been spent, I also allowed for extra recruitment. The risk I see to year end is arrival of cash flow which can be lumpy. They have a fixed amount circa £800k pcm from memory but some corporate event revenue could come in next year. I do note the BoD’s pay is low compared to similar Cos and wouldn’t be surprised if that increased substantially next year which is fine if the numbers are hit. I’m quietly confident and may add in next ISA round.

Rns tomorrow coz I sold half today while I was just in profit. I figured if there is news I still have a substantial (for me) holding and if not at least I can average back down again if it heads towards 12p. Very unlikely imo but you can only stay in this game of aim blackjack if you have some capital and I also don’t want to trade this one outside of the isa’s. GLA.

Hi Jim, well thought out and would Bpc release news that would adversely affect the sp thereafter the MF completion? Rhetorical Q, but obviously no. Agree the MF is pivotal atm. The risk to the market is that it doesn’t get fully funded as opposed to not having a bit of good news thereafter. I think they have somewhat mitigated the risk by it being a professional fund. If it is fully subscribed I would be surprised to see the fund redefined as a standard fund pdq. Leno will know what the appetite is by now as I would expect the applications to be front ended and with the sp holding around at or just above 2p and as you say the hope of news to follow that should attract a few domiciled ii’s. The Bahamian dollar has ticked up a bit against GBP but only on a half % vix. Obviously if the view is the dollar is to continue its rise that could deter some serious investors but then when you factor in transaction costs it probably makes sense to buy domiciled. 7th Feb not long to wait but we could get news of or news of application for a standard fund before then.

Mmmm, getting despondent here, sometimes it doesn’t matter how much research you do the market has other ideas. We could do with some news before cmd; rig intention, offtake news just something to give a lift or stop the decline. I suspect many sold into the last mini rise for this reason. Very tempted to take the hit and put it on TXP but jumping around doesn’t always pay and sub 30p seems sooo cheap.
