Would there be any others exceptions. Just concerned if some poor soles may be too far gone and skew results but likewise I understand you can’t just pick ‘winners’. Don’t worry this is a big opportunity, there has been a background seller for a while now. Imo when it clears we will reach 20p easily. I have been buying for a week now in tranches. I remember when Milton were selling VRS at around 20p, the price was held for an age. PI’s keep soaking them up then bang 50p 75p £1 in just weeks. Now is the time to take advantage of the seller then you can topslice when it breaks and why wouldn’t it? All imo and from experience. Trek

Yep inst’s probably profit taking but someone’s happy to have em’. We really should be down today. This is a very strong sign, once seller’s clear this will rerate significantly, imo. I added to LID and MWG today, they are lagging the cv19 curve and both have significantly increased sales. Incredibly that pretty much all the cv19 stocks are up in a falling market!

I must say I sold 1/3 at 190 today. But it doesn’t matter a profit has been made and I was very over exposed here now I can just chill.

It also enabled me to add significantly at LID and MWG before the herd arrives. I note MWG sales were up 46%. My learning from the NCYT journey is helping with my investment decisions elsewhere and my money is working really hard, buy topslice reinvest, hold the core. All of my stocks are up today in a falling market and I hold nothing over £200m MCAP. Amazing!

This Co (LID) is a little gem, it sells monitoring equipment with recurring revenues in UK, US, China and RoW. cashed up, growth, global presence, USP. A very impressive BoD and only £20m MCAP! the ppt is 14 slides 3 are headers. IMO they are expecting a 7xrevenue bid.

MWG - tests water suppliers and waste. Uses AI to give a picture of a city’s health and builds a database for trends so you can see over time if testing is working from increase in test chemicals to reduction in cv 19 traces. Also in huge demand is its water tests as it picks up cv19 amongst lots of other stuff in drinking water. Recently completed a placing sales all over world, sales up 46% already sp near lows following placing. China and US contracts and MCAP.....£4m, lol!

Your gene health is making a direct contribution to the fight against coronavirus. Last week, the diagnostics specialist revealed it is helping medical group Novacyt to make Covid-19 testing kits.

The tests produce results within just two hours so hospitals can quickly find out whether suspected sufferers and medical staff have the virus. Demand is racheting up by the day from countries around the world, including the US where the authorities gave the tests emergency authorisation last week.

Tens of millions of tests are expected to be sold over the next few months. Novacyt cannot satisfy all these anxious customers alone so it has turned to just two other businesses to help, one of which is Manchester-based Yourgene.

The decision is a ringing endorsement of Yourgene's facilities and its ability to produce cutting-edge diagnostic materials. The company will be building up production in the next few weeks and may play a larger part in the process over time. Midas recommended Yourgene at the beginning of the year when the stock was 13.75p.

It is one of the few shares to have risen since, to 14.50p, an increase of more than 5 per cent. The group usually focuses on tests for Down's Syndrome, Cystic Fibrosis and male infertility but it is diverting resources to help in the fight against Covid-19.

Midas verdict: Medical companies around the world are working to curb the spread of coronavirus and Yourgene, a small AIM business, is at the heart of these efforts. The business is at a pioneer in the sophisticated medical diagnostics industry and the shares should continue to gain ground.

The unit costs are not published in the accounts but they cost much less to run than the revenue that the generate. This is compounded by the fact that the company has gone 0.3m ebitda positive and that is set to increase significantly. Imo.

I agree with an earlier poster re macro. Peeps may be aware that the biggest historical stock market rallies have been bounces in a falling market. I sold all my blue chips (again) last Wednesday having bought them back on the Monday. This coming week imo will be grim with new lows but cv19 stocks where I have put my money should hold up or even tick up.

The firm placing shares are placed Monday. The BoD are authorised to do that as per relevant sections from the Articles of Association quoted in the RNS. The firm placing shares are mainly for the trial. Tick.

Part 2 the conditional placing shares are subject to shareholders approval. The conditional shares are for production or sales in the event of success. Assume they are voted through. Tick

However, thinking between the lines, the objective is by splitting the placing in two it minimises dilution so if the company were taken over then the value per share is more and they may not need the conditional shares.

This sends a message to any suitor that we are funded and could go alone. Get the gist, all imo
