And that underlines the importance of efficacy, not really covered here. You see if you have 100% efficacy, which we already know we have from P1 and you factor in your 10% then that is still a game changer in the event that statistical differentiation is borderline. It could mean that sng001 is tolerated in all groups and more successful in some groups than others. That will be revealed in the data set and constitute further trials, however, it will be enough to have value over the placebo group and as a medication to prevent say 25% (as I very much doubt 10%) of patients needing ventilation/ ICU. That is significant and would be enough for AZN, imo.
