Lol, what if you already had some SNG and sold, as your pt showed no improvements. What if you had two pts one did the other didn’t. I don’t think that constitutes insider dealing as the test is in the public domain. But had you had access to the results of the trial and then bought then that would be as it’s info not in the public domain but patients getting up and walking is all over Facebook and you don’t know for sure if they had placebo or SNG001.

Read between the lines, it’ll be all testing so this makes ygen a very good defensive play. I have topsliced my Ncyt and put in here, nothing wrong with Ncyt but as a safety net we are testing for Ncyt,Fisher and phe and also we have our high growth bau revenues which I get may obviously experience some pull backs due to cv19 but when cv 19 pulls back bau will fill the gap especially with pent up sales.. This make ygen a very compelling ‘safer’ investment with excellent upside exposure. FWIW, LID is similar as they sell ICU monitors under a recurring revenue contract the point being look for companies that have a growth exit strategy.

SamJSung...Totally agree, I was expecting Link to follow Licht and free up funds to cover the placing. They haven’t, that is a massive mark of confidence. They may derisk a few on the way but then they will be cognisant of the impact on the SP. The only way you can sell such a substantial stake even say 5% without a SP wobble is OTC That’s an option or more likely they know they can offload the whole lot to AZN! They seem very chilled; nudge! nudge! wink! wink! Of course people don’t get a heads up before they stomp up £14m at 35p for shares they paid 6p for! Heresy. All imo!

It’s a % change from the placing so you add their placing shares to their existing shares and then to the new total shares to calculate the new tr1 % but to save you all time working it out the x the box.....

Looking better now 15.6/15.9 very decent spread on ii and I didn’t get NT with a dummy sell. That indicates there are buyers and seller is either paused or taken enough profit.

Yes really looking forward to it, got a big holding here albeit late to the party but it doesn’t matter as long as it goes up and I think they are teeing up a big release for US and RoW sales. I have been through RNS’s all way to Apr 2014 and can’t see that they have ever raised which is usually the market fear. It’s not their style, they run a tight ship, costs under control, revenues from sales and recurring remote monitoring revenues. Ebit positive and cash on books. Don’t get why it’s not 50p! Yet! DYOR

Cash and NO DEBT, they will obviously have a credit facility for cheap money but with recurring revenues and sales through the roof they shouldn’t need it. With their market leading differentiated products this imo is a little gem!

Agree I’ve added another 25k today. Once seller done 20p in a blink, imo. It always amazes me that some pi’s will only buy when it’s well on the move rather than when they can see its about to move. 16p is awesome value we got Fisher, PHE, Ncyt and that’s after our core work and sp still the same! All imo.
