Imo Kind of psses on the chips of the JR!

1. See how hard it is to fund this expo!
2. If you want to stop it it’ll will have massive legal and litigation consequences for the Bahamas as BPC have followed the rule of law.
3. The funding participants would have had top legal intel before signing up to this. If we don’t drill it could well be curtains for all that funding.
4. I reckon the consequences of a JR resulting in a suspension could even affect the islands credit rating as it would become extremely messy.

Could go on and yes the dilution is a pain but I don’t mind if it’s a two bag short term as opposed to a 3 bag! It’s not as if this is a surprise. The company has made it clear in the previous rns’s They were exploring other funding options on top of what they had to cover the drill.

The easiest brexit trade is dollar earners. So buy GSK, VOD, GLO for divi. You get more for your dollar conversion with cheap pound.

GLO is pretty unheard off. It’s energy but not Uk. Pays a 5.7% Quarterly divi. Ft250 co and the ceo says it’s so undervalued they are buying back their own shares + they have committed to a 10% yoy divi increase.

There so it’s not just AIM where you find value. As a diy retiree I have a nose for such things. Gosh I’m a bore! Lol!

I am also of the view that Blackrock would have walked the floor before taking such a large position. I wouldn’t be surprised if they also are aware of what stage medical approval is at for Virolens.

Note they also reduced their hedge slightly and are happy to add physical shares. Don’t get me wrong we all know Blackrock will trade a position in a blink but my point is this..

I think to 200p placing shares should be washed by now. Any last minutes sales may account for a last minute dip as job done. Buying at circa 200p must be where a decent amount of the Blackrock average is if not higher.

We have had sells from Schroeder’s, Hambro and Polar but not for a while. As Blackrock have been buying they could have offloaded if they so wished so perhaps they are now happy to hold.

200p is being tested because of market pull back. Likewise that offers a good entry in time for news which is well over due now.

The last hint of a test pushed this through 260 in a blink. Confirmation of medical use approval and knowing there are orders awaiting the news will send this well through £3.

A contract for the Virolens manufacture would be huge! But atm. Zilch is in the price. We know from the placing that 200p was nothing to do with Virolens and it was oversubscribed.

Cynical me thinks Fred is loading up on BPC shares and/or CFD’s. Even if he didn’t intend on doing it he would have thought of it now. He is in a position to make 100’s of thousands from a bounce! If he stays below thresholds no one will know. Data protection would cover him. All he says is well we tried and sell into the rise!

It’s really simple. BPC have complied with the law.

If the review is upheld. BPC will hold the govt accountable for costs.

The govt won’t want that so they will not uphold.

I don’t buy it. You would make you intention known within the requisite period and ask for an extension due to covid thereby not being time expired.

Yes, you may remember even here with Acacia. I raised it with the FCA (and also 4D). They passed it on to the regulator. (MAR). Their response was basically they don’t comment but said to me in email one of the possible areas is a training issue and they work with companies to help them understand the rules. It was a total sham! Acacia didn’t publish sell TR1’s in accordance with DTR5 as they were still selling...allegedly!!
