Yep the downside is zero pence. I actually couldn’t care less about that because I am invested at an appropriate risk level and believe in those earlier oil shows and that the drill will come in. So now the company has done what they said they would do and raised more cash.

On previous dilution we 7 bag instead of 10 bag - or whatever. It just illustrates the upside is still attractive.

I have said there may well be a reason but it’s a gap. I have had dialogue with many CEO’s of companies that I invest in. All have actually been very grateful for the info I have shared with them. It’s called DYOR and a good response can actually strengthen one’s belief in the company that you have invested in. It shows that the BoD respects PI support. As long what you are bringing to their attention is genuine and well presented and not every whim it shouldn’t be an issue but a partnership.

Personally I also think that is the usefulness of a BB, to share research, as well as ramping over every SP move and GGP 600% gains being replicated here. It’s ok I also hold GGP. Made a mistake selling a load at 29p though, but then it’s in here and at COBR.

Yes I agree. I have built an excel now so I can track what is going on. Also I had an auto acknowledgment from the company.

The DTR is 5% for non uk issuance so notice should have been made.

Like I said ops/finance is fine. I only went back through just over a couple of years RNS’s and I would still have bought even knowing this anomaly. But lets see what they have to say now and I will post the explanation when it arrives.

I wonder what role ONC have had in the testing. The G strain of the covid virus has been around since April but it will be interesting if it’s ONC tech that has identified the spread from lighthouse labs.

The most recent update is the 6th June 2017 RNS. They then held 22.5% with further options as you described. The DTR5 rules are clear re notification for a full 1% shift. This would have happened with dilution or if they sold any.

The market has not been notified. That is not in itself a problem as I have seen late (years) notifications from other Oz miners following warrant conversions. However, they should notify if they sold any and be listed as a major holder on the company website.

I have emailed the company requesting an explanation.

I have a significant holding here and only read the last 2 years RNS’s before buying. It’s not a sell signal as the ops and finances are sound and imo the more ECR play hard ball the more like they will be bought out 100%.

For me this is now a ‘foot in the door’ share. I had a decent position but sold it down. I have confidence it will come good but had I just left ‘all’ in I would have missed other momentum plays like ECR & PUR all for hubris.

I think the timing of the warrant conversion (which may not = selling) site readiness and visits may indicate news is about but I have been on that page for ages and have been wrong.

I decided if no news by yesterday I would reduce further as I don’t see anything happening now until well into January.

So I have kept an amount invested. I have done bags of research here so I can then average up or down at a later date.

Unfortunately my average sells were at a loss. All the more reason to protect one’s capital.

I read it as a simple signal. If he could buy more he probably would. Sometimes you have to trust your instincts and read between the lines of the RNS.

That’s why they also use the word ‘interested’

So it’s a sign of confidence. He may not have more cash than that available and certainly wouldn’t want to over commit cash only to have to sell later. Or he may think he already has a huge exposure here.

Either way whilst director sells can be for many reasons a buy usually sends a message of some sorts.

I will be adding here later coz if anything I know I am getting +£2 shares for £1.70. We are truly aligned and I have a pretty good feel for the newsflow next year.

Hope that gives some clarity to what can’t be clarified. Confused smiley!

Well well, looks like a few and myself called it right here. A hold seemed to be the best play this time around.

Firstly peeps have to appreciate that not all directors are multi-millionaires. I think this is a great signal from Adam to the market.

1. £1.74 is good value
2. Market signal of confidence
3. 30 days or more for results.

I remain convinced that ONC is going to be one of the stars of 2021. There is loads of news due in Q1 and it will go on from there.

I thought the same with ARB (4p) this year albeit it came good v late and TXP (17p) which is only just getting going. Both had few posters at the beginning of the year and now I seldom post there.

Getting in early is key and sub £2 for ONC will I am convinced prove to be a real steady as she goes multi-bag for next year.
