This time you start off by agreeing with me and the irony is my cautionary observation was aimed at some of your posts. As you attempt to draw the reader with your missive by agreeing on the wider points, ‘reading the RNS’s’; You then throw this in...

which is another untruth that you hope others will now believe because of your earlier concurrence. So having been an LSE user for many years and only ever reported a couple of posts I find myself reporting two of yours in as many days for lying. I welcome a debate, indeed it is healthy but one cannot debate with a liar.

It is normal for a business not to RNS the commercial details of a contract, I would hope that is obvious even to you! So are you saying that these 18 pharmacies, NHS, a major UK mobile operator and Badminton England (see 15 December 2020 RNS) expose their peoples data, their businesses integrity to anyone without any contractual obligations and that it’s all for free!

You are reported and imo you should be banned, I suggest others report the post as well. Deramping and sowing doubt seems to be part of the game but lying is despicable!

That’s correct. You quite often see spreedex on the TR1. Pain in the backside!

It really doesn’t matter what companies are on the list. The spreadbetters have pretty much said as much now that it’s all up for review. There will likely be a list 2 and given how punters have been messed around I expect they will be closing positions in advance of another blindside notification!

I grabbed some more here beginning with a 6 yesterday so very happy. My reckoning is just the spudding RNS could push us into double figures if we don’t have a run before then.

I have just skimmed through the BB and it is absolutely clear that many postershaven’t even read the las 6 months RNS’s.

There is a tab at the top of this page titled CTEA live RNS. Click on that. Ignore all the price monitoring ones and read the other ones. I suggest going back a year to get the story. Some of us anoraks read much more but once you have done that then resume posting with a little more understanding and conviction.

Apologies about the ‘eggs’ but such is the frustration of some of the posts here, many are complete obfuscation.

I added 50k at 2.88. Then tried another as it dropped again and NT.

Makes no sense. If it’s dropping then they need buyers unless of course they are marking it down to DETER buyers. Fact is most people buy a rising share and sell a falling one. They will take 300k off me but won’t let me buy 50k so imo the MM’s are filling their hoppers for the next leg up to sell em back to us! Tsk! Tsk!

Got a quote first think for 300k. Bought 200 at 3.7 as I thought it may go lower as 300 is normally NT. So the plan was get the other 100 later. Now it’s NT! I mean what is that all about! Someone else obviously had them! But if that is the case it’s a pretty ‘hand to mouth market’.

I agree with your sensible expectations. Just to say though it’s a shallow reef. They punched through it pretty quickly but it’s possible Km’s long!

For me it’s the first strike for a while on HR3. It vindicates the tech and methodology. Visible gold with the first drill is very impressive. They will now be working on the orientation to track that reef. It heads to Fosterville, right along those two fault lines I reckon! Lol!

I’m no longer a holder but have watched with interest. DDDD has always been a high cash burn venture. I think the BoD have done a great job with this deal. DP is a top exec, it never ceases to amaze me how he manages to innovate funding. The forced warrant conversions and the Longevity cash will ‘hopefully’ see one project over the line, and it will only take one. Blautix is the one that could be a massive company maker. Keep an eye on the cash, but I would expect another deal after listing. My money would be on Merck investing more once US listed.

I hope it comes good for investors and pt’s alike. Made my money here but still wish all well.

I was a holder here sold at around 205 for evens. I thought I was the only one that got this company. Yet another example of my investor fatigue getting the better of me!

Top BoD and smart move with the raise. Having ended the buy back they are now selling those treasury shares to market at a profit. Also a good placing price. Not too much of a drag for current investors and they have let PI’s in on the same terms.

I won’t be buying as have others opportunities but good luck to all here. A quality outfit YCA.

Imo we are about to start the third Elliot wave up which will take us THROUGH the neckline of 26p. The chart is extremely bullish no matter what pattern you apply but a continuation of the Elliot wave looks axiomatic.

Look at the warrants. Lots of these will be flipped above 3p. So 3p will afford support. 4.5p seems to be resistance. Looking at the volume lots of sells at 4p. A nice return.

Those below 3p average well done, but they took more risk. Buyers now should aim for a 3.5-4p ish average. Those that panic sold on pull backs imo probably shouldn’t have bought here or anywhere on AIM for that matter.

Once those warrant holders that want to convert and sell are out then we should move up. The volume has helped them out for now. It’s all news permitting of course.

The next Blocklisting will help us see what’s going on.

The financials were a car crash. The placing has taken care of that. This company is now on a path to growth. If it comes off it could be quite spectacular but as it’s only a 9m cap expect lots of volatility. Always best to buy in or sell for that matter at various target prices.

I have said to expect a COVID/vax passport since February 2020! The key thing here is the GDPR compliance. That’s the legals ticked.

As for the ethics it may well be mandatory for international travel. Same as needing injections or a paper passport.

The rest even if voluntary will see the passport get in through the back door, like showing any ID at a casino or to book an event on line.

No passport no entry. Those that don’t want one can stay at home.

But they made us legally wear seatbelts for ours and others H&S. Imo this is no different.

The volatility here is as much to do with the recent placing. When the guard changes we will be off again.

Lesson to self. I averaged down a bit hastily here. Anyone buying as the spread fill out a bit. I’d aim for anything beginning with a 6, 7, 8 and if it goes there a 5 as well. Diamond hands are needed. It will be shaken around a bit but know this. All logic says that on spud the SP should be much higher than 9p putting all in the blue.

Obviously there are always risks so don’t bet the house but you know what I mean.

Yes that was a perfect high risk opportunity, probably coincided with an intra day low in March....but.....

You then have to ask what the catalyst likely was... Well it’s always finance or leads back to finance. For those dreamers out there, dream finance; when finance is good everything is good!

For sure resources make finances pay but good finances makes resources very profitable!

The point about finance that I make is that some ‘gold diggers’ (not you AG, I hope you don’t mind my illustration, I know you know your stuff!) often chase dreams and forget finance and get taken in by those pumping a stock.

So what here was the rerate catalyst. Well here’s the boring record on repeat. Finance! The March accounts were AUDITED and clear. They then had a financial pathway to exploit what was found so that could become accretive! The SP responded accordingly; making a catch-up!

Don’t forget this company was a ?%/:(‘!;:!) prior to and during 2015/16! It took much longer to build up its reputation. It is FULL credit to CB for where we are now....financially sound and with prospects!

It really doesn’t matter what the SP was a year ago it’s now all about what it will be worth according to whatever the investors forward timespan is!

What the AISC is and how much volume is there are key FUTURE metrics. But for now in the absence of that data the corporate structure is key. It’s why I spend so much time looking at the warrants, the corporate financing, it’s various permutations and soon hopefully the JV terms.

Absolutely the geological value will kick in but we need JORC to set a value point for
....finance!

If/when we do a JV it is then predicated on how the resources are financially viably. Risk and reward.

But it’s finance: Sorry but I know I am going on; but for good reason having read so many posts on LSE of late and of poor folk getting burnt! It’s the financial terms of the JV that will again be the next catalyst over and above what we are currently undertaking (drilling).

And of course a hopefully stating of the obvious.. The investment case of any stock should of course always be primarily attributed to the demonstrable ability of the team!

Well while we wait, there are three other grumpy sods here. Who are you who ticked me up! Lol!

Gosh, I’m desperate for some news to analyse here. I mean, I think we have covered everything long and, with decent critical maturity, short as well!

Ps Any newbies interested in a view of the risk case look at my posts and the BB replies on my three back to back posts titled musing 23-Jan-21 at 20:12. It’s good to understand the risks as well so when the derampers arrive there are no surprises. You know your stock!

You may also note I rose to ST’s challenged thereafter to pick undervalued stocks, granted it’s not easy. (sorry ST couldn’t resist, bet you ticked me up you ‘old sod!’ Lol!). So I tipped two ‘undervalued stocks’ and gave the metrics. DCTA, then 88p, and incidentally a holder here who of course shall remain nameless bought. They went from 88p to 146 now 132.

I then had ONC at 170ish said they’d hit 200p after results. Gosh on the nose, 6 x increase in revs hit 200p then went through 220 and pulled back like everything today to 205, with a £2m buy I might add. Now that was fun!

I also sold GSK ( I know the rsi is oversold and stoch is buy and they will bounce tomorrow, but I am seriously bored!) and bought CTEA. Check my history, I went through their books a while back. I posted there it was short of cash and they’d place. They did, I said they needed a deal. They got it. I now bought. I get it I missed the big lift as I paid 3.8p but I paid for a volume that could have cleared the warrants, a placing that is complete and a deal that is looking now very likely with UK plc with I suspect funding as well. TBC...

Like I said I am very bored...lol!
