I had to read down twice to try and find something to be wary off. For balance all I could say is the AISC is a bit higher than some others. But AISC’s are usually ‘smoke and mirrors’ so I am glad that it is a realistic number. It’s a huge cushion v POG!

Also nice to see good safety as well and people looked after!

It’s fine it wasn’t very clear in my missive as there’s a lot of history but basically Flying Brands is no more, they have now morphed into IQAI.

If you are indeed a ‘beginner’ thats great that you have discovered this company at this juncture but please don’t get over leveraged. I mean that and also respect that only you know what that level means!

I have been in this game for over 7 years making a living from it but started way before then. I am completely unemployable now! Lol!

Anyways in my time I have heard of many that have chased stocks and lost out . I myself nearly got wiped out when I started (XEL) and got back in by the skin of my teeth with some companies that are actually now bankrupt! Silly multibaggers like BPC, RRL, RKH, DDDD etc so there you can even make money off duffers! Add VRS to that as it was a ten bag for me!

Anyway I don’t want to bore you; just saying as a newbie be careful and always check stuff including my posts! Always keep a sense of perspective and always always check the financials before doing anything!

Seriously read the finance it’s the right of passage. No finance and it’s a trade not an investment albeit everything is a trade it’s just the timespan and frequency that varies! lol!

Flying brands merged with United online around 2012.

It’s subsidiaries flowers direct and retreat farms got into a pickle around 2014.

Flying brands sold subsidiaries off but still had finance problems and were suspended 2016.

They became a shell, modern day SPAC! Lol!

It then got funding and took over ‘stonechecker’ in 2017. TB was a 50% owner. Following a prospectus he became a CEO and his entity free association books were introduced.

In 2017 Flying Brands (FBDU), became a medical services and software company!

In 2018 flying brands acquired….

‘IB Neuro and IB Delta T1 Maps are now available on EnvoyAI's and artificial intelligence Exchange’

That’s really early AI tech. It’s why or one of the reasons we are so far ahead! The other is our scientists and modern AI architecture. IB software was actually FDA cleared before 2018!

On the 18th Sept 2018 this was announced….

The rest is history. As with any hi tech there’s been bumps and successes. But hear this. IQAI is not some 5 min AI dot com wannabe! It’s the real deal!

This technology has been evolving and to be fair rapidly adapting now at pace as it onboards new chips and AI architecture. But it all started well over 8 years ago!

They are not stepping into this space as novices!

Anyways I am not going to go on you can DD for yourself or you can piggyback GEHC at +$30bn mcap or you can follow Mayo, consistently rated the highest US healthcare provider with the most number 1 ratings. It’s all there in public for folk to see.

But that doesn’t mean this is IQAI’s time. Don’t bet your house on this it’s super risky!

There are a few silly sods here self included that have now gone in ‘big’ following the recent news (not published, lol) but we understand the risks including the stock liquidity risk. So imo don’t get caught out. Just have a dabble and enjoy the ride and the knowledge that your investment could be making a huge difference to peoples lives as well!

It’s sensationalism in the scheme of things. A distraction.

I would rather the MP’s closed the tax loopholes for billions of pounds of tax evasion by multinationals and offshoring.

Now that would make a difference to the NHS! Would probably take just as long to get through parliament as a ‘min length of time for a pm before they could claim an allowance’. That would then be fiddled as well!

Nah they dont want to do the big meaningful stuff coz they are the same ones benefiting from the tax loopholes!

Through fear of sounding like our visitor, you could probably add to that list newspaper editors as well.

But in the meantime let’s have a dig about pennies rather than billions. It’s a British thing!

Apologies for OT well my AI comments are possibly just a bit early for TXP lol!

Anyways just to humour you…

Peeps don’t get how good AI is. I teach and use it in its basic form I use Claude AI as a training aid.

My brother has a multimedia company. It involves writing loads of code for various applications and in different programming languages.

His partner is an absolute ace programmer (phd and self made millionaire in assets). He wrote a Bitcoin high volume trading ALGO that is well in the money! That’s just a flavour but he said to me that since they have signed up to the premium ChatGPT, it’s like having an extra ten programmers working with him! They are moving beyond that with bespoke AI now.

So things like video editing/upscaling, web programming, synthetic audio etc he is able to task it on multiple platforms. So from a financial perspective one can see how that will eventually feedback into productively and cost savings.

What he did say was very interesting and that’s imagine a third world country (excuse the term), that has sent a few people away to be highly educated and they come back to work and share knowledge. Now as opposed to just cascade training they have through AI the possibility of scaling hundreds of programmer ‘buddies’ , running software packages, robotics etc

It’s potentially transformational for these and all economies. Albeit history shows that takes longer to manifest as productivity gains on a global scale, it will eventually divide AI adoption from AI rejection. Amongst that you will get lots of pretend to be AI’s and we are seeing that now. Some are just a database rather than intelligent prediction/solutions.

AI will even transform the O&G sector at some point. Here’s a simple example. You just hook up a pump to the markets and pump when you need gas as the price is high and choke when you don’t, but you anticipate this to a self fulfilling +95% accuracy!. That’s a very basic illustration.

As for IQAI I am NOT plugging that for anyone. It’s my moonshot, I get it. It’s nowhere near as safe in terms of upside v downside risk as TXP.

It’s a small mcap (8m) early AI adopter in the medical diagnostics field and has just entered into a collaboration with a $30b player in GEHC and the top ranked US medical institution, Mayo clinic, and now has links with other $bn institutions. This hasn’t been RNS’s yet! Lol! But it’s still all ifs and buts! It is also coming to the end of a phase 1 trial on brain mestastis.

Its super risky so suggest just a few hundred quid or whatever if you buy. Mrs Treks investment there is nowhere near the scale of mine in TXP.! But then she’s now about 300% ahead of me! Lol!

So yes that’s why AI is getting heat!

Why? Well that’s a rhetorical question for you. But if it helps it’s about 45% of Mrs Treks pf. But then you are thinking linear. Imo it’s the right place for her money atm but it wasn’t at 600p. So ‘she’ trades it!

I would like to stay here as it’s a very compelling investment story especially with the divi cover and that they increased it again this year (crazy) but it depends on a lot of factors.

However, there’s nothing I would like more than to just let this ride to the next divi. But that depends if she is near the bottom or not.

Don’t be afraid to hold some trade some and be in or out at various times. It helps to multiply your gains.

Why would they want to explore the option of listing on ‘other more suitable markets’ in addition to The LSE. Tbh I get cancelling the OTC it’s a joke. The volume is negligible and the spreads are so ridiculous, it dates from the old days of dockets! Nowadays you just wake up in the middle of the night and use the internet!

Anyways tbh I don’t see any point in their statement unless as they are primarily US based it was part of an equity deal. But then that’s wishful thinking as there just isn’t the liquidity here!.

For newbies this is listed on XLON - main market and traded on SETSqx although you’d hardly think so! But that should be good enough for any potential investors as it means much more stringent accounting standards.

Not sure who posted the last Zak Mir ‘bulletin board hero’s link’ when he called +5p but he’s bound to do a revisit now it’s been hit. Appreciate any followers posting it.

Rainy day enjoying a pint of Jail, just occurred to me Zak called 5.15p by now. Probably accounts for some sells.

The next leg up if you look at the 5 year and forward the two spikes is actually around 25p.

I will be interested if Zak concurs. I don’t follow him or twitter but will be interested if his view aligns with my charting.

Some will say that’s silly but not those that have done their DD! It’s possible and more! And we have been through data here before!

The contracts with GE and a phase 2 will enable a much much higher mcap!

I (Mrs Trek) was in IQAI before most folk knew what AI was and the funny thing is the SP is now less even after what they have done. Bit like here really and SHG…! Mad markets!

You simply cannot have an 8m mcap company following this news. The R&D cheques from GE to move this forward will likely be in excess of a million! Crikey I had budgets more than that years ago for transformation projects!

It’s no wonder we haven’t needed any funding. Just like I alluded to earlier. I reckon the GE deal came with financial terms. Surely it’s obvious that TB would have done that?

IQAI’s mcap is absolute peanuts compared to what we have achieved and who we are in collaboration with to adopt our technology!

And that’s not even mentioning the phase one readout that’s around the corner!

We will get our penny rise in a day soon imo.

This should be back to 8p PDQ before it gets going imo. That’s just based on where we were before compared to where we are now with pretty much the same number of shares!

Now let’s pick out a couple of points.

1. This is the first time that IQAI (IB) have been mentioned in the same missive between GE & Mayo. Previous ones alluded to us without naming us specifically. Why? It’s usually contracts/money. But we don’t know.

2. GEHC and Mayo adoption of our tech is an enormous endorsement. I mean it’s full credit to our scientists but at the end of the day these are multi billion $ institutions that are adopting IB!

2. It’s pretty clear from between the lines that they intend to accelerate the programme and scale it and that means finance. Money again!

3. We also carry that kudos now to the London and Canadian institutions. By the way there is no standardisation here and these folk like standards. We are first (flip angle no preload etc)

4. Using Google’s cloud for AI is a huge step in standardisation. It’s a universal architecture but not only that Google have made it well known they intend to be first for all things AI!

5. I don’t know about Eclipse or their program so will look later but they must be well thought of to get this project.

As an aside. My brother has his own multimedia biz. His partner writes code. He is amazing, even makes money on the side from a Bitcoin trading robotic that he wrote! But the point is he is a phd and now with ChatGP premium it’s like him having 10 extra programmers! He says it’s that good!

Now if you live in say an EM country where you have returned as one of a few educated experts. With AI you now have multiple options to scale us your business or economy. I really don’t think people get it.

AI is the Industrial Revolution under our noses and IQAI has been picked in the medical diagnostics field!

It’s a future transaction revenue so they have in effect forward sold a product at a higher or lower price depending on spot. Apologies that oversimplifies it as there are the tax offsets etc.

The issue I see picking up on the comments below is about interest rates. I did post this earlier. The Tanos aquisition coincided with the fed base rate rises. This meant that it was expensive to hedge their debt although offset by $36m from increased revs from Tanos. Previously they had 99% hedged to fixed rate now they are at 82%. So with SOFR increasing to now 5.31% that’s an addition on debt. I posted the tables on my earlier analysis.

The outlier from rogue trader is due to the ABS4 note from Oct 22. It’s explained on page 11 of the finance report. Sorry it won’t past. But it’s easier if you just read it

The TANOS acquisition netted out positive in ebit.

The company has a lump of debt that pays off in December. It was around $430m, I must caveat that as it was in an earlier deck which is now removed. But you can see the debt amortisation profile in the summary table in the presentation. So some goes out some comes in.

Having been through the presentation a couple of times I think it’s pretty clear that the fortunes of DEC have been linked to US macro and the current Fed tightening policies. I think the rogue trader was pretty accurate in picking that out.

The key question though is the cost of debt is manageable within the full E&P cycle. The model shows it runs off well ahead of the asset decline. So if we did nothing else in theory in 10 years time we’d have had our divi’s which covers nearly twice our capital and we would still have producing assets albeit some would have puffed out!

It’s pretty much up to the individual if that’s what they want or not and if they agree with the profiles. My view is take 5 years income and sell up but I am also trading in between and am just now back in profit with the divi included.

This is a great performance by Paul Baay and his excellent team who have now brought gas production on at Cascadura as promised. On Friday the project reached 60/- MMcf/d from the two wells and some 1,400 b/d of liquids. A genuine company making achievement which is already transforming Touchstone into a full cycle hydrocarbons company with considerable revenues and a very bright future.
